Abstract

In carrying out learning activities, students are an important aspect contained in it, but sometimes some students are found to have difficulty in following a method that is applied or carried out by the teacher. For this reason, personality is something that can be a parameter and decision making to use what method will be used to be given to students. With this research, it is hoped that the Medan Mulia School can use a personality determination system using the nave Bayes method, the nave Bayes method is used because in this study many related factors will be used to determine the student's personality. Through questions given to students, the results of the classification of students' personality based on Hippocrates-galeus will produce 4 types of personality such as Saguin, Phlegmatic, Choleric and Melancholy. This research is intended to assist the Medan Mulia School in making decisions or teaching methods that are tailored to the student's personality. The accuracy of the system created and tested has an accuracy of 90% of the 20 test data taken from Medan Mulia School students./ Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran, siswa merupakan aspek penting yang terdapat di dalamnya, namun terkadang beberapa siswa ditemukan sering mengalami kesulitan dalam mengikuti suatu metode yang diterapkan atau dilakukan oleh guru. Untuk itu kepribadian merupakan hal yang dapat menjadi parameter dan pengambilan keputusan untuk menggunakan metode apa yang akan digunakan untuk diberikan pada siswa. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan pihak Sekolah Medan Mulia dapat menggunakan sistem penentuan kepribadian menggunakan metode naïve bayes, digunakan metode naïve bayes karena pada penelitian ini banyak faktor berhubungan yang akan digunakan dalam mengetahui kepribadian siswa. Melalui pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada siswa nantinya akan mengelurkan hasil klasifikasi kepribadian siswa berdasarkan Hippocrates-galeus dimana akan menghasilkan 4 jenis kepribadian seperti Saguin, Plegmatis, Koleris dan Melankolis. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membantu pihak Sekolah Medan Mulia dalam pengambilan keputusan atau metode mengajar yang disesuaikan dengan kepribadian siswa. Keakuratan dari sistem yang dibuat dan di uji memiliki keakuratan 90% dari 20 data uji yang di ambil dari siswa Sekolah Medan Mulia.
