Abstract

Perkembangan industri saat ini telah meningkat, salah satunya adalah industri makanan dan minuman seperti restoran. Salah satu cara yang harus dimiliki oleh sebuah industri bisnis yaitu bagaimana membuat pelanggan minat membeli dengan keunikan yang dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi menu, harga, dan keputusan pembelian terhadap Restoran Ayam Geprek Gold Chick di daerah Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non produk dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan pembagian kuesioner kepada 100 pelanggan Ayam Geprek Gold Chick. Data yang terkumpul tersebut kemudian akan diolah menggunakan SPSS dan akan dilakukan pengujian statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variasi menu, harga, dan kebersihan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara bersama-sama pada Ayam Geprek Gold Chick di Tangerang./ The development of the industry is currently increasing, one of which is the food and beverage industry such as restaurants. One way that must be owned by a business industry is how to make customers interested in buying with their uniqueness. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of menu variations, prices, and purchase decisions on the Ayam Geprek Gold Chick Restaurant in the Tangerang area. This research is a non-product research using descriptive quantitative researchmethod by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers of Geprek Gold Chick. The collected data will then be processed using SPSS and descriptive statistical testing willbe carried out. The results of this study concluded that there was a significant influencebetween menu variations, prices, and Cleanliness and purchasing decisions together at Ayam Geprek Gold Chick in Tangerang.
