Abstract
This paper is written to examine the implementation of corporate social responsibility by researching on a case study of PT Lotte Mart Indonesia. Corporate social responsibility is a management technique that carries legal, economic and ethical responsibilities to direct and indirect stakeholders who are affected by business activities. Furthermore, from a long-term point of view, the company can expect investment effect through the CSR program. This research is to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of Lotte Mart in Indonesia. This study uses the Field Research and Library Research. Based on the analyzation, Lotte Mart Indonesia shows positive activities of CSR to local community in various fields.
