Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility has been one of the popular methods of business in Indonesia to contribute in developing sustainability by delivering economic, social and environmental welfares for all stakeholders. The research aims to prove the effects of corporate social responsibilities towards PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tangerang mill in terms of the implemented CSR, benefits and limitations received and the CSR effects towards the financial performance. This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze the results. Data were obtained through interview and secondary data. Interview is aimed to gather information in various situation on the issues to be disclosed. The secondary data is used to save time and cost obtaining the information that can be obtained in advance. From the results, it could be seen that CSR activities has a positive effect towards the company financial performance, stakeholders and the environment. CSR activities have increase the economy of the society, increase the quality of the environment such as the water quality and the plant planted around the river to prevent abrasion and flood and the last as can be seen the increase in CSR budget in 2017 have caused the company financial performance to escalate.
