Abstract

Pengkajian resep merupakan aspek penting untuk memeriksa kelengkapan resepsebagai upaya untuk mengurangi dan mencegah terjadinya medication error. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kelengkapan persyaratan administrasi dan farmasetika pada resep manual pasien rawat jalan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit X Tangerang periode bulan Januari 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah non eksperimental yang dirancang secara deskriptif dengan pengambilan data bersifat retrospektif. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik systematic random sampling dengan mengamati kelengkapan persyaratan administrasi dan farmasetika pada resep manual sebanyak 360 resep. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan persentase ketidakkelengkapan penulisan resep pada persyaratan administrasi sebesar 25,25% (tinggi badaan 100%, berat badan 65,6%, paraf dokter 76,67%, SIP dokter 22,50%, dan tanggal resep 11,39%) dan persyaratan farmasetika sebesar 4,69% (bentuk sedian 33,61%, cara penggunaan 1,94%, kekuatan sediaan 1,39%). Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa resep manual pasien rawat jalan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit X Tangerang periode bulan Januari 2022 belum memenuhi persyaratan administrasi dan farmasetika sesuai dengan ketentuan Permenkes Nomor 72 Tahun 2016. Oleh karena itu, perlu ditingkatkan penggunaan elektronik resep dan ketelitian dalam pengkajian resep terutama kelengkapan administrasi dan farmasetika untuk mengurangi dan mencegah kesalahan pengobatan serta dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien / Prescription screening is an important aspect to check the completeness of prescriptions as an effort to reduce and prevent medication errors. This study aims to describe the completeness of administrative and pharmaceutical requirements in outpatient manual prescriptions at the Pharmacy Installation of Hospital X Tangerang for the period January 2022. This type of research was non-experimental, which was designed descriptively with retrospective data collection. The sampling method was carried out using a systematic random sampling technique by observing the completeness of the administrative and pharmaceutical requirements in the manual prescription of 360 recipes. The results showed that the percentage of incomplete prescription on administrative requirements was 25.25% (height 100%, weight 65.6%, doctor's initials 76.67%, doctor's SIP 22.50%, and prescription date 11.39%) and pharmaceutical requirements of 4.69% (33.61% dosage form, method of use 1.94%, dosage strength 1.39%). From this study, it can be concluded that the manual prescription of outpatients at the Pharmacy Installation of Hospital X Tangerang for the period January 2022 did not meet the administrative and pharmaceutical requirements in accordance with the provisions of the Minister of Health Number 72 of 2016. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the use of electronic prescriptions and accuracy in the assessment. prescriptions, especially administrative and pharmaceutical completeness to reduce and prevent medication errors and to improve the quality of service to patients.
