Abstract

Pengelolaan obat antibiotik di rumah sakit bertujuan untuk menjamin kelangsungan ketersediaan dan keterjangkauan pelayanan obat yang efisien, efektif, dan rasional. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisa perencanaan obat antibiotik Januari 2022 di Rumah Sakit X Tangerang berdasarkan metode konsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan analisa terhadap sistem yang selama ini sudah digunakan di Rumah Sakit X Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental dengan rancangan studi kasus yang bersifat retrospektif. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data pemakaian obat antibiotik periode Januari - Desember 2021, sisa stok bulan Desember 2021 dan pembelian Januari 2022 untuk masing-masing obat antibiotik. Hasil analisis perencanaan bulan Januari 2022 terdapat 66 item obat antibiotik dimana pembelian lebih kecil dari perencanaan, 29 item obat antibiotik dimana pembelian lebih besar dari perencanaan dan 4 item obat antibiotik dimana pembelian sama besar dari perencanaan. Faktor yang berperan dalam ketidaksesuaian antara lain adanya kenaikan harga dan pemakaian obat, jumlah ketersediaan obat di distributor dan juga pandemi Covid-19 yang masih berlanjut./ Management of antibiotic drugs in hospitals aims to ensure the continuity of the availability and affordability of efficient, effective, and rational drug services. In this study, an analysis of the planning of antibiotic drugs for January 2022 was carried out at Hospital X Tangerang based on the consumption method. This study aims to provide analysis of the system that has been used so far at Hospital X Tangerang.This research was a non-experimental study with a retrospective case study design. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data on the use of antibiotic drugs for the period January until December 2021, the remaining stock in December 2021 and purchase January 2022 for each antibiotic drug. The result of planning analysis in January 2022 there were 66 items of antibiotic drugs where the purchase was smaller than planned, 29 items of antibiotic drugs where the purchase was greater than planning and 4 items of antibiotic drugs where the purchase was the same as planning. Factors that play a role in the discrepancy include the increase in prices and use of drugs, the amount of drugsavailability at distributors and the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
