Abstract

Latar Belakang:Hipertensi adalah sistem aliran darah dimana tekanan darah diatas normal 140/90 mmHg, pada tahun 2015 yang mengalami hipertensiakan terus terjadi peningkatan setiap tahun. Pada tahun 2025, 1,5 orang miliar akan terdiagnosis hipertensi & diperkirakan 10,44 juta orang mati setiap tahun akibat hipertensi & komplikasinya. Menurut Institute for Health Metrics (IHME), tahun 2017 penderita hipertensi telah membunuh 1,7 juta orang di Indonesia, hipertensi merupakan suatu kedaan kronis yang membutuhkan terapi jangka panjang, hipertensi dengan komplikasi yang sering terjadi yaitu dengan penyakit jantung koroner, gagal jantung dan diabetes miletus Tujuan : mengetahui pola peresepan obat antihipertensi pada pasien hipertensi dengan komorbid spesifik dan mengetahui obat-obat yang digunakan Metode : jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif dan dilakukan secara retrospektif, sampel yang diambil secara random sampling Teknik Analisa Data : Teknik dalam penelitian menggunakan populasi kemudian, mengecek resep bulan Oktober dan November 2021 dan mengisi lembar case report form. Datadiolah menggunakan Microsoft Exceldan hasil penelitian akan disajikan dalam bentuk tabelsesuai dengan inklusipresentase yang digunakan adalah berapa persenobat hipertensi berdasarkan komorbid yangdigunakan pada bulan Oktoberdan November2021Hasil : dari penilitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa hipertensi dengan diabetes melitus memiliki angka kejadian tertinggi sebesar 53%, pola peresepan obat antihipertensi pada pasien hipertensi dengan komorbid spesifik menunjukkan bahwa obat yang paling banyak digunakan adalah golonganobat CalciumChannel Blocker(CCB)–dihidropiridindengan persentase 29%, yaituamlodipin 5 mg sebanyak 20 sampel dan amlodipin 10 mg sebanyak 16 sampel dan golongan Angiotensin Reseptor Bloker(ARB)dengan persentase29% yaitu candesartan 8mg sebanyak 29 sampel dan candesartan16 mgsebanyak 8sampel. Golongan terapiARB dan CCB dengan sampel candesartan dan amlodipinsesuai dengan Konsesus Penatalaksaan Hipertensi 2019,kedua golongan terapi merupakan obatlini pertama yang digunakan untuk pengobatan hipertensi dengan komorbid spesifik / Background: Hypertension is a blood flow system where blood pressure is above normal 140/90 mmHg, in 2015 those with hypertension will continue to increase every year. By 2025, 1.5 billion people will be diagnosed with hypertension & an estimated 10.44 million people die every year due to hypertension and its complications. According to the Institute for Health Metrics (IHME), in 2017 hypertension sufferers killed 1.7 million people in Indonesia, hypertension is a chronic condition that requires long-term therapy, hypertension with complications that often occur, namely coronary heart disease, heart failure and diabetes. miletus Objective: to determine the pattern of prescribing antihypertensive drugs in hypertensive patients with specific comorbidities and to determine the drugs used Methods: the type of research is descriptive and carried out retrospectively, the sample is taken by random sampling. prescriptions for October and November 2021 and fill out the case report form. The data is processed using Microsoft Excel and the results of the study will be presented in tabular form according to the inclusion, the percentage used is what percentage of hypertension drugs based on comorbidities used in October and November 2021 Results: from the research conducted, it is known that hypertension with diabetes mellitus has the highest incidence by 53%, the pattern of prescribing antihypertensive drugs in hypertensive patients with specific comorbidities shows thatthe most widely used drug is Calcium Channel Blocker (CCB) -dihydropyridine with a percentage of 29%, namely amlodipine 5 mg as many as 20 samples and amlodipine 10 mg as many as 16 samples and groups of Angiotensin Receptor Blockers (ARB) with a percentage of 29%, namely candesartan 8 mg as many as 29 samples and candesartan 16 mg as many as 8 samples. ARB and CCB therapy groups with samples of candesartan and amlodipine are in accordance with the 2019 Hypertension Management Consensus, both groups of therapy are first-line drugs used for the treatment of hypertension with specific comorbidities.
