Abstract

Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis, merupakan kuman batang tahan asam yang ditularkan melalui dahak. Apabila tidak ditangani secara tepat dan cepat dapat menyebabkan kematian. Usaha untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien yaitu dengan memotivasi pasien dalam menjalankan pengobatan hingga terapi selesai dengan kata lain tidak terputus selama 6 bulan. Kepatuhan pasien dalam menjalani pengobatan sangat berpengaruh untuk mempercepat kesembuhan. Agar pengobatan dapat berhasil, terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi salah satunya adalah waktu kedatangan kontrol. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara retrospektif dengan pengamatan secara cross-sectional pada pasien baru yang pertama kali kontrol TBC selama periode Januari hingga Juni 2021 di instalasi farmasi rawat jalan rumah sakit umum X Tangerang. Hasil yang didapat dari 57 pasien, terdapat 33 pasien pria yang menderita tuberkulosis dengan persentase 57,90%. Sebanyak 52 pasien dengan usia produktif dengan persentase 91,22% dan sebanyak 32 pasien dengan persentase 56,14% merupakan pasien tidak patuh. Pihak rumah sakit dan farmasi memerlukan aplikasi berbasis komputersasi guna melacak kondisi pasien sehingga dapat diketahui keadaan pasien secara real time/Tuberculosis is a disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is an acid-fast bacillus that is transmitted through phlegm. If not handled properly and quickly can cause death. Efforts to improve patient compliance are by motivating patients to carry out treatment until therapy is complete, in other words, uninterrupted for 6 months. Patient compliance in undergoing treatment is very influential in accelerating recovery. In order for treatment to be successful, there are factors that influence one of them is the arrival time of control. This study was carried out retrospectively with cross-sectional observations on new patients who were TB control for the first time during the period January to June 2021 at the outpatient pharmacy installation at X Tangerang general hospital. The results obtained from 57 patients, there were 33 male patients suffering from tuberculosis with a percentage of 57.90%. A total of 52 patients of productive age with a percentage of 91.22% and as many as 32 patients with a percentage of 56.14% were non-adherent patients. Hospitals and pharmacies need computer-based applications to track the patient's condition so that the patient's condition can be known in real time
