Abstract

Dispepsia dapat memberikan dampak yang kuat pada health-related quality of life karena dispepsia akan menjadi kronis dan sering kambuh apabila pemberian terapi kurang efektif dalam mengontrol gejala dispepsia. Rumah Sakit X Kabupaten Tangerang belum dilakukan evaluasi pola peresepan obat dispepsia, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola peresepan pasien rawat jalan dengan diagnosis dispepsia di Rumah Sakit X Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data secara retrospektif terhadap 68 pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasien dengan karakteristik jenis kelamin yaitu wanita dengan persentase (70.59%), jumlah pasien terbanyak terdapat pada usia 45 – 56 tahun (25%), golongan obat yang digunakan pada pengobatan dispepsia tertinggi pada golongan penghambat pompa proton (32.8%), jenis obat yang paling banyak digunakan sukralfat 500 mg/5 ml (24.4%) dan pola peresepan untuk dispepsia paling banyak diresepkan yaitu lansoprazol 30 mg, antasida 500 mg, domperidon 10 mg, sukralfat 500 mg/5 ml/Dyspepsia can have a strong impact on health-related quality of life because dyspepsia will become chronic and often recur if therapy is less effective in controlling dyspeptic symptoms. Hospital X Tangerang Regency has not evaluated the pattern of prescribing dyspepsia drugs, the purpose of this study was to determine the prescribing pattern of outpatients with a diagnosis of dyspepsia at Hospital X Tangerang Regency. This study used a descriptive analysis method with retrospective data collection on 68 patients. The results showed that patients with gender characteristics, namely women with a percentage (70.59%), the highest number of patients were aged 45-56 years (25%), the class of drugs used in the treatment of dyspepsia was highest in the proton pump inhibitor group (32.8%). Sucralfate (24.4%) and the pattern of prescribing for dyspepsia the most widely prescribed were lansoprazole 30 mg, antacid 500 mg, domperidone 10 mg, sucralfate 500 mg/5 ml
