Abstract
Bertambahnya destinasi pariwisata di kota Medan membuat wisatawan ingin mengunjungi kota Medan. Pemilihan hotel menjadi hal yang harus dipertimbangkan. Dengan berbagai macam pilihan hotel yang ada di kota Medan, membuat calon pengunjung menjadi lebih kritis. Ada beberapa pertimbangan kriteria yang penting dalam pemilihan hotel diantaranya harga, kelas bintang, lokasi, service, dan juga kebersihan hotel. Tentunya akan menjadi sulit untuk memilih hotel sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, diperlukan suatu sistem untuk membantu calon pengunjung untuk memilih hotel di kota Medan. Solusinya adalah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu pengunjung memilih hotel. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting dan juga sistem ini berbasis website. Hasil dari sistem Pendukung Keputusan hotel menggunakan metode SAW ini berupa 10 rekomendasi hotel sesuai dengan kriteria masing-masing pengunjung hotel.
