Abstract
Obat HAM (High Alert Medication ) adalah obat-obatan yang dapat menyebabkan Reaksi Obat yang Tidak Diinginkan (ROTD) apabila penggunaanya tidak tepat, karena sering menyebabkan terjadi kesalahan yang berakibat serius sehingga obat-obat ini termasuk kategori obat yang harus diwaspadai. Menurut Menteri Kesehatan No.72 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Pelayanan di Rumah Sakit bahwa HAM disimpan terpisah dari obat lain dengan penandaan khusus
