Abstract
Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan perseroan, notaris memiliki peranan yang sangat penting, mulai dari pembuatan akta penirian, perubahan anggaran dasar, meupun pembuatan RUPS. Dalam mebuat akta-akta tersebut sebagai tanggung jawab terhadap profesinya, notaris harus memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam UUJN, cermat dan penuh kehati-hatian agar dikemudian hari tidak terjadi permasalahan hukum terhadap akta yang dibuatnya.
