Abstract

Good leadership is a leadership that is able to create a smooth implementation of organizational programs and realize organizational goals effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on teacher performance in SDI Al Kautsar Tangerang City Academic Year 2017/2018. This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The subject of the research is the teacher while the object of research is the leadership performance and the performance of the principal management of SDI Al Kautsar Tangerang City. The sampling technique used in this study is population. In this research data collection techniques used by researchers is the method of Questionnaire. The assumption test is Smart-PLS. Hypothesis test using Smart-PLS analysis. / Kepemimpinan yang baik merupakan kepemimpinan yang mampu menciptakan suatu kelancaran pelaksanaan program organisasi dan terwujud tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SD Islam Al Kautsar Kota Tangerang Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah guru sedangkan obyek penelitian adalah kinerja kepemimpinan dan kinerja manajemen kepala sekolah SD Islam Al Kautsar Kota Tangerang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan populasi. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode Angket. Uji asumsi yang dilakukan adalah Smart-PLS. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis Smart-PLS.
