Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan virus RNA mematikan dan membahayakan yang menyerang sistem pernapasan manusia. Bertambahnya jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi positif menyebabkan pemerintah menerapkan kebijakan protokol kesehatan 5M pencegahan COVID-19, yaitu memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menghindari kerumunan, dan mengurangi mobilitas. Berdasarkan hasil survei mini yang dilakukan pada 20-27 September 2021 di Desa Sihare’o Siwahili, Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Barat, Kota Gunungsitoli, Provinsi Sumatera Utara didapatkan hasil bahwa warga tidak patuh dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan pencegahan COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi gambaran kepatuhan warga dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan pencegahan COVID-19 di satu desa Indonesia bagian barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan 153 sampel. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner online. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan warga Desa Sihare’o Siwahili patuh dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan pencegahan COVID-19 dengan persentase 52,28%. 84,3% responden patuh dalam memakai masker, 54,24% responden patuh dalam mencuci tangan, 56,20% responden patuh dalam menjaga jarak, 73,85% responden patuh dalam menghindari kerumunan, dan 60,78% responden patuh dalam mengurangi mobilitas./COVID-19 is a deadly and dangerous RNA virus that attacks the human respiratory system. The increasing number of positive confirmed cases has caused the government to implement the 5M health protocol to prevent COVID-19, namely wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, and reducing mobility. Based on the results of a mini survey conducted on 20-27 September 2021 in Sihare'o Siwahili Village, West Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City, North Sumatra Province, it was found that residents did not comply with the COVID-19 prevention health protocol. The purpose of this study was to identify a picture of residents' compliance in carrying out the COVID-19 prevention health protocol in a village in western Indonesia. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 153 samples. The research instrument used an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this research used univariate analysis. The study was conducted in February-March 2022. The results showed that the residents of Sihare'o Siwahili Village were obedient in carrying out the COVID-19 prevention health protocol with a percentage of 52.28%. 84.3% of respondents are obedient in wearing masks, 54.24% of respondents are obedient in washing hands, 56.20% of respondents are obedient in maintaining distance, 73.85% of respondents are obedient in avoiding crowds, and 60.78% of respondents are obedient in reducing mobility.
