Abstract

Sehubungan dengan pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) tingkat penggunaan media sosial dalam pembelajaran online termasuk pendidikan keperawatan semakin meningkat. Penggunaan media sosial ini membutuhkan pemahaman cybercivility bagi penggunanya, karena turut menunjukan identitas serta norma perilaku pengguna melalui unggahannya. Cybercivility adalah profesionalisme dalam media sosial yang sejalan dengan nilai dan norma perilaku yang diterima dalam lingkungan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan cybercivility di lingkup pendidikan keperawatan menggunakan kajian literatur yang sistematik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan a simplified approach, dan Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP). Pengumpulan data menggunakan databases Elsevier, Pubmed, Google scholar, EBSCOhost. Hasil penelitian pada sepuluh artikel menghasilkan tiga tema utama. Tema pertama yaitu tanggung jawab individu yang terlibat dalam lingkup keperawatan menghasilkan sub tema tanggung jawab akademik individu, meningkatkan kualitas individu, dan refleksi diri. Tema kedua yaitu profesionalisme dalam keperawatan terdiri dari sub tema komunikasi yang efektif, meningkatnya profesionalisme, dan ketersediaan kebijakan dan kode etik profesi. Tema ketiga yaitu tanggung jawab institusi pendidikan keperawatan terdiri dari sub tema yaitu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, edukasi yang efektif, dan manajemen kejadian incivility oleh institusi. Saran penelitian ini bagi penelitian selanjutnya perlu menilai keefektifan intervensi promosi cybercivility dalam lingkungan pendidikan keperawatan seperti role modelling yang dilakukan oleh institusi dan manajemen incivility. / In regards with the coronavirus pandemic of 2019 (covid-19), use of social media, including nursing education is increasing. This utilization of social media requires an understanding of cybercivility because it reveals their users’ identities and behavioral norms through their uploads. Cybercivility is a level of professionalism in social media that is consistent with accepted social values and norms of behavior. The purpose of this study is to use a systematic literature review to describe cybercivility in the context of nursing education. This study employs a systematic review of the literature with a simplified approach, as well as the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP). The data collection process makes use of databases such as Elsevier, Pubmed, Google scholar, EBSCOhost. The findings of the research conducted on ten articles that addressed this research revealed three major themes. The first theme is the individual responsibility within the nursing scope generates the subtheme of individual academic responsibility, individual quality improvement, and self-reflection. The second theme Professionalism in nursing is characterized by subtheme effective communication, an increase in professionalism, and the availability of policies and professional codes of ethics. Additionally, the theme nursing education institutions’ responsibilities include sub themes such as improving the quality of learning, providing effective education, and managing incidents of civility within the institution. Additional research is needed to determine the effectiveness of interventions promoting cybercivility in nursing education, such as role modelling by institution and incivility management.
