Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 membawa dampak dalam dunia pendidikan dari pembelajaran offline menjadi online baik teori maupun praktik melalui metode pembelajaran sinkronus dan asinkronus. Metode pembelajaran online merupakan metode pembelajaran menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Berdasarkan studi awal peneliti ada faktor penghambat dalam pembelajaran online untuk meningkatkan skill lab seperti kurang memahami materi pembelajaran, kendala jaringan, dan kurangnya motivasi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran efektivitas metode pembelajaran online pada skill lab mahasiswa keperawatan dalam mata kuliah PBN di satu Universitas Swasta Indonesia Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan secara cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling sehingga didapatkan 190 responden mahasiswa keperawatan angkatan 2021. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa untuk metode secara sinkronus sebanyak 97 responden (51,1%) efektif, dan 93 responden (48,9%) tidak efektif, untuk metode secara asinkronus sebanyak 105 responden (55,3%) efektif dan 85 responden (44,7%) tidak efektif, dan untuk metode pembelajaran online sebanyak 96 responden (50,5 %) efektif dan sebanyak 94 responden (49,5 %) tidak efektif. Penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan oleh peneliti selanjutnya mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas metode pembelajaran online pada skill lab mahasiswa keperawatan./The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the world of education from offline learning to online both theory and practice through synchronous and asynchronous learning methods. The online learning method is a learning method using information and communication technology. Based on the researcher's initial study, there are inhibiting factors in online learning to improve lab skills such as lack of understanding of learning materials, network constraints, and lack of motivation in participating in learning. The purpose of the study was to describe the effectiveness of online learning methods on nursing students' lab skills in PBN courses one private University in western Indonesia. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique was simple random sampling so that 190 nursing student respondents were obtained from cohort 2021. The data analysis used was univariate analysis. The results showed that for the synchronous method as many as 97 respondents (51.1%) were effective, and 93 respondents (48.9%) were not effective, for the asynchronous method 105 respondents (55.3%) were effective and 85 respondents (44 ,7%) is not effective, and for online learning methods as many as 96 respondents (50.5%) are effective and as many as 94 respondents (49.5%) are ineffective. This research can be developed by further researchers regarding the factors that affect the effectiveness of online learning methods in nursing students' lab skills.
