Abstract

Self Efficacy adalah keyakinan atau kemampuan individu dalam memenuhi tuntutan dan mengacu pada seberapa besar keyakinan yang dimiliki oleh individu atas kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas. Dalam penyusunan skripsi mahasiswa sering menghadapi permasalahan yaitu kesulitan dalam menentukan judul, mendapatkan referensi, keterbatasan waktu penelitian, dosen pembimbing yang sulit ditemui, dan lain-lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasikan gambaran tingkat self efficacy pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Pelita Harapan angkatan 2019 yang sedang menyusun skripsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik probability sampling dengan menggunakan model simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa keperawatan angkatan 2019 Universitas Pelita Harapan. Sampel yang telah diambil sebanyak 181 orang. Penelitian telah berlangsung pada bulan Januari hingga April 2022, instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum tingkat self efficacy mahasiswa keperawatan angkatan 2019 yang sedang menyusun skripsi yaitu 100% memiliki self efficacy yang tinggi. Dilihat berdasarkan dimensi self efficacy bahwa dimensi level semua (100%) tinggi, dimensi generality sebagian besar (96,1%) tinggi dan pada dimensi strength sebagian besar (99,4%) tinggi. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dapat mempertahankan tingkat self efficacy yang sudah tinggi, agar dapat menyelesaikan skripsinya sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan. / Self Efficacy is an individual's belief or ability to meet demands and refers to how much confidence an individual has in his or her ability to complete tasks. In preparing these students often face problems, namely difficulties in determining the title, getting references, limited research time, difficulty to find supervisors, and others. The purpose of this study was to identify a description of the level of self-efficacy in the students of the Faculty of Nursing at Pelita Harapan University batch 2019 who was preparing a thesis. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a probability sampling technique using a simple random sampling model. The population in the study were nursing students from the 2019 Pelita Harapan University. Samples have been taken from as many as 181 people. The research was conducted from January to April 2022, the instrument in the study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was univariate analysis. The results showed that in general, the level of self-efficacy of nursing students in the class of 2019 who was writing a thesis, which was 100%, had high self-efficacy. Judging by the dimensions of self-efficacy, all dimensions of level (100%) are high, the generality dimension is mostly (96.1%) high and most of the dimensions of strength (99.4%) are high. The recommendation from this study is that students can maintain a high level of self-efficacy so that they can complete their thesis in a predetermined time.
