Abstract

Masa pandemi COVID-19 membawa perubahan kebijakan pada berbagai sektor termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan yang salah satu contohnya pembelajaran mahasiswa keperawatan dari luring berubah menjadi daring. Sistem pembelajaran blok atau sistem blok adalah pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pengelompokan materi, waktu, dan jadwal pelaksanaan dalam interaksi diantara mahasiswa dengan pengajar serta sumber pembelajarannya yang bermanfaat menciptakan pembelajaran yang fokus, bertanggung jawab dan disiplin. Kepuasan mahasiswa adalah evaluasi keseluruhan yang khusus terhadap pemberi jasa yang melakukan pelayanan dan gambaran keberhasilan pada proses pembelajaran keterampilan laboratorium klinik. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui kepuasan pembelajaran laboratorium klinik mahasiswa keperawatan dengan sistem blok pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu dengan simple random sampling berjumlah 200 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Pengumpulan data dilakukan sejak Januari sampai April 2022. Analisis data ini adalah analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata mahasiswa merasa puas 125 responden (62,50%), berdasarkan indikator yaitu Assurance 159 responden (79,50%), Empathy 146 responden (73,00%), Tangibility 152 responden (76,00%), Reliability 133 responden (66,50%), dan Responsiveness dengan 154 responden (77,00%). Kesimpulannya yaitu tingkat kepuasan pembelajaran laboratorium klinik mahasiswa keperawatan dengan sistem blok pada masa pandemi COVID-19 mayoritas merasa “puas”./ The COVID-19 pandemic has brought policy changes to various sectors, including in the field of education, one example of which is nursing student learning from offline to online. The block learning system or block system is learning that is carried out by providing groupings of material, time, and implementation schedule in interactions between students and teachers as well as learning resources that are useful for creating focused, responsible and disciplined learning. Student satisfaction is a specific overall evaluation of service providers who provide services and a description of success in the clinical laboratory skills learning process. The purpose of the study was to determine the satisfaction of nursing students' clinical laboratory learning with the block system during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research design uses descriptive quantitative method. The sample of this study used a probability sampling technique, namely by simple random sampling totaling 200 students. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data collection was carried out from January to April 2022. This data analysis was univariate analysis. The results showed that the average student was satisfied 125 respondents (62.50%), based on indicators, namely Assurance 159 respondents (79.50%), Empathy 146 respondents (73.00%), Tangibility 152 respondents (76.00%), Reliability 133 respondents (66.50%), and Responsiveness with 154 respondents (77.00%). The conclusion is that the satisfaction level of clinical laboratory learning of nursing students with the block system during the COVID19 pandemic was mostly "satisfied".
