Abstract

Mantan narapidana merupakan label yang dianggap tidak baik di masyarakat.Narapidana berarti seseorang yang telah melakukan kejahatan yang dihukum di lembaga permasyarakatan. Sebagian besar masyarakat umum tidak mau menerima apalagi berhubungan dengan seseorang yang mempunyai status sebagai narapidana ataupun mantan narapidana. Seseorang yang baru keluar dari penjara dan diasingkan oleh lingkungannya akan membuat orang tersebut kembali melakukan kejahatan karena tidak memiliki keyakinan diri atau efikasi diri yang cukup baik.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran efikasi diri dari mantan narapidana yang ditinjau dari aspek tingkat, kekuatan, generalisasi, outcome expectancy, efficacy expectancy, dan outcome value seorang mantan narapidana. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah dua orang mantan narapidana yang mendapatkan masa hukuman lebih dari satu tahun dan telah bebas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa efikasi diri mantan narapidana yang baru bebas memiliki efikasi diri yang rendah bahkan tidak adanya percaya diri. Kedua subjek memiliki aspek tangkat dimana subjek menyukai pekerjaan yang memiliki tingkat kesulitan semakin tinggi. Subjek juga memiliki aspeik generalisasi dimana subjek menyukai tugas yang bervariasi.Subjek juga memiliki aspek outcome expectancy dimana subjek ingin menebus kesalahan di masa lalu dengan membantu sesama / Former prisoners are labels that are considered not good in the community. Prisoner means someone who has committed a crime convicted in a prison. Most of the general public does not want to accept let alone contact with someone who has a status as a convict or ex-convict. Someone who just got out of prison and was exiled by his environment will make that person go back to committing a crime because they do not have self-efficacy or self-efficacy that is good enough. outcome expectancy, efficacy expectancy, and outcome value of an ex-convict. The subjects of this study were two ex-convicts who received a sentence of more than one year and were released. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This study uses interviews and observations as a data collection method. Data were analyzed in accordance with the theories put forward so as to find a picture of the efficacy of ex-convicts. This study found that the self-efficacy of ex-convicts who were just released had low self-efficacy and even lack of confidence. Over time the ex-convicts' self-efficacy goes up and is more optimistic because of the many experiences that have been passed. Both subjects liked difficult work that was reviewed according to the level aspect. Both subjects were also more enthusiastic about doing work that varied in aspects of generalization. Subjects both want to make amends in the past by serving others in the aspect of outcome expectancy
