Abstract

Within an organization, support from members of the organization is needed to achieve organizational goals. In the world of education, the achievement of organizational goals really requires the support of staff and teachers. Organizational citizenship behavior is able to show a positive attitude from employees, for example is the desire to help their colleagues so that the goals of the organization can be achieved well. Organizational citizenship behavior is closely related to several factors, including transformational leadership, job satisfaction and job embeddedness. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and job embeddedness on organizational citizenship behavior staff and teachers. This research use SmartPLS SEM 3.0 and the population are 51 staffs and teachers at PT. SLCI was found that organizational citizenship behavior was effected by job satisfaction, transformational leadership and also job embeddedness. The results showed job satisfaction has stronger effect to the organizational citizenship behavior instead transformasional leadership and job embeddedness. This articles offers concepts into the practical implications for organizational citizenship behavior. / Dalam suatu organisasi, dukungan dari anggota organisasi diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dalam dunia pendidikan, pencapaian tujuan organisasi sangat membutuhkan dukungan staf dan guru. Organizational citizenship behavior mampu menunjukkan sikap positif dari karyawan, misalnya adalah keinginan untuk membantu rekan-rekannya sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai dengan baik. Organizational citizenship behavior terkait erat dengan beberapa faktor, termasuk kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja dan job embeddedness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, dan job embeddedness terhadap perilaku organisasional staf dan guru di PT. SLCI. Dengan menggunakan alat penghitungan SmartPLS SEM 3.0 dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 51 orang staf dan guru ditemukan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional dan juga job embeddedness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dibandingkan kepemimpinan transformasional dan job embeddedness. Penelitian ini menawarkan konsep ke dalam implikasi praktis untuk organizational citizenship behavior.
