Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the arrangements in the law of agreement on the force majeure situation in the Polytechnic Aviation Indonesian Curug with AIRNAV Indonesia and to find out the results of the adjustments made by the Polytechnic Aviation Indonesian Curug in the face of force majeure in the agreement with AIRNAV Indonesia. This research is based on the COVID-19 pandemic which has been determined by WHO (World Health Organization) and President Joko Widodo determined the spread of the Covid-19 virus as a national disaster according to Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2020, and refers to the contents of Articles 1244 and 1245 Civil Code Law. The method used is a qualitative method with data analysis techniques taken from interviews with resource persons. This study describes in detail the matters that are included in force majeure in the Cooperation agreement. The conclusion obtained when researching this is that the first party and the second party always communicate well so that there are no problems that can harm both parties. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are many obstacles beyond human ability. With the Cooperation agreement, it can resolve future or ongoing problems.
