Abstract

Latar belakang : Fluor albus adalah suatu cairan yang berwarna putih berasal dari vagina dapat juga berwarna kuning hingga kehijauan. Fluor albus merupakan masalah yang sering dialami wanita. Wanita di dunia umunya akan mengalami kejadian fluor albus setidaknya sekitar 75% dari 118 juta wanita indonesia yang mengalami paling tidak satu kali dalam hidupnya. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi fluor albus patologis seperti hormone, kelelahan, obesitas, gangguang psikis, ovulasi, dan menarche. Tujuan penelitian : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan hubungan antara body mass index dengan kejadian fluor albus patologis pada mahasiswi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan 2019–2021. Hipotesis : Terdapat hubungan antara body mass index denga kejadian fluor albus patologis pada mahasiswi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan Angkatan 2019-2021. Metodologi : penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik komparatif tidak berpasangan dengan desian cross-sectional. Responden penelitian ini adalah 105 mahasiswi dari Angkatan 2019–2021, data diambil dari kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil Analisa Data : penelitian ini menunjukan hasil nilai p 0,826 (>0,05). Dimana hasil tersebut menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan antara Body Mass Index dengan kejadian Fluor albus patologis pada mahasiswi fakultas kedokteran universitas pelita harapan. Didapat juga hasil odd ratio sebesar 1,163 yang berarti body mass index memberika resiko 1,163 kali lebih besar untuk mengalami fluor albus patologis. / Background : fluor albus is white colored of fluid that comes from vagina and can also be yellow to greenish-yellow color. Fluor albus is common of women reproduction problem. Women in the world commonly experience fluor albus at least about 75% of the 118 million Indonesian women experience at least once in their life. Factors that can affect fluor albus pathological are hormones, fatigue, obesity, psychological disorders, ovulation, and menarche. Purpose : the purpose between this study is to find a relationship of body mass index and fluor albus incidence on students of Faculty Of Medicine, University Pelita Harapan batch 2019–2021. Hypothesis : there is relationship between relationship of body mass index with fluor albus incidence on students of Faculty Of Medicine, University Pelita Harapan batch 2019–2021. Methodology : this study uses an unpaired categorical comparative analytic methods with a cross-sectional design. The respondents for this reserch were 105 student from 2019–2021 class. Data from the respondents were taken from questionnaires distributed online. This study case uses the chi-square for statistical analysis. Conclusion : this study shows result of p value is 0,826 (>0,05). Which concluded that there no significant relationship between body mass index to fluor albus incidence on students of faculty of medicine, university pelita harapan batch 2019–2021. Result of odd ratio is 1,163 it means body mass index provides 1,163 times greater risk of having fluor albus.
