Abstract

Disiplin merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam menciptakan kelas yang tertib, dan efektif untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Perilaku disiplin ditandai dengan sikap siswa dalam mematuhi aturan dan prosedur yang berlaku di dalam kelas. Faktanya di salah satu sekolah Kristen yang berada di wilayah Tangerang, dengan subyek penelitian 14 siswa, masih menunjukkan perilaku kurang disiplin dalam pembelajaran. Peraturan dan prosedur dapat menjadi langkah awal sebagai upaya guru dalam mendisiplinkan siswa. Guru merupakan agen penggerak dalam penggunaan peraturan dan prosedur kelas, sehingga guru harus mampu membimbing siswa dan menjadi teladan dalam penggunaan aturan dan prosedur melalui tindakannya di dalam kelas. Tujuan dari penulisan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memaparkan penggunaan peraturan dan prosedur dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa di kelas I SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Kesimpulan dari penulisan ini yaitu penggunaan peraturan dan prosedur mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Saran untuk guru agar lebih sabar dan mampu mengelola emosi dengan baik serta konsisten dalam penggunaan aturan dan prosedur kelas. Untuk peneliti berikutnya disarankan dapat memikirkan cara agar bisa memanajemen kelas yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan jenjang kelas siswa. Kata Kunci: kedisiplinan, siswa kelas I SD, peran guru, penggunaan peraturan dan prosedur/Discipline is one of the important aspects to create an orderly and effective class to achieve learning objectives. Disciplinary behavior is characterized by the attitude of students in obeying the rules and procedures that apply in the classroom. In fact, one of the Christian schools in the Tangerang area, with 14 students as research subjects, still shows students' lack of discipline in learning. Rules and procedures can be the first step as a teacher's effort in disciplining students. The teacher is the driving agent in the use of classroom rules and procedures, so the teacher must be able to guide students and be an example in the use of rules and procedures through their actions in the classroom. The purpose of writing this research is to describe the use of rules and procedures in improving student learning discipline in grade I elementary school. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The conclusion of this paper is that the use of rules and procedures can improve student discipline in the learning process. Suggestions for teachers to be more patient and able to manage emotions well and be consistent in the use of classroom rules and procedures. For future researchers, it is recommended to be able to think of ways to manage classes that are tailored to the conditions and grades of student.
