Abstract

Visi dan misi sebuah organisasi diciptakan sebagai tujuan yang ingin dicapai di setiap perusahaan dalam mengantisipasi perilaku bisnis dan ekonomi global, terutama persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat di dunia konstruksi dan pengadaan material (fokus pada perubahan organisasi). Beberapa permasalahan dalam efektivitas komunikasi dan kerjasama organisasi, kesulitan manajemen dalam merubah pola pikir, serta sikap resistensi dalam setiap perubahan yang terjadi, secara bertahap diperbaiki dalam pengelolaan organisasi secara menyeluruh dalam pengembangan innovative skill. Diagnosis budaya organisasi tentang hubungan faktor tingkat Pendidikan dan Bahasa dilakukan sebagai pendekatan sosio-kultural melalui studi etnografi. Perubahan struktur dan budaya organisasi dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan melalui kepemimpinan perubahan organizational culture dan collaboration behaviour. Metode Action Research juga dilakukan pada agen perubahan yang dipilih dengan melibatkan informan yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, 53% karyawan digolongkan memiliki tingkatan IQ level leaders sebagai World-class iQ leaders dan 47% karyawan merupakan Strong iQ leaders, dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar “49”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, organisasi ini dapat digolongkan dalam tingkat high-iQ leader yang dikategorikan sebagai master of innovation. Organisasi ini juga memiliki kecenderungan model kepemimpinan organisasi yang mengarah pada kepemimpinan tranformasional yang menitikberatkan pada kemampuan pendidikan atau stimulasi intelektual dan peran bahasa dalam melakukan komunikasi yang terbuka. Sikap resistensi juga dapat diinvestigasi melalui perilaku kolaborasi dan sifat keteladanan role model organisasi dalam hubungannya dengan pengembangan innovative skill / The vision and mission of an organization created as a goal to be achieved in every company in the business and anticipate the behaviour of the global economy, particularly the increasingly fierce market competition in the world of construction and material sector business (focus on organizational change). Some problems in the effectiveness of communication and cooperation organization, management faced difficulties in changing the mind set and attitude of resistance to any changes that occur, gradually improved the overall management of the organization in the development of innovative skills. The diagnosis of organizational culture on the relationship level factors and Language Education conducted a socio-cultural approach through an ethnographic study. Changes in the structure and culture of the organization to achieve corporate objectives have been done through leading changes in organizational culture and collaboration behaviour. Method of Action Research was also conducted on selected agents of change by involving informants who have been determined. The results obtained, 53 % of employees were classified as level IQ level as a World-class leaders iQ leaders and 47 % of employees are iQ Strong leaders, with the average value of " 49 " . Based on these results, these organizations can be classified in a high - level leader iQ is categorized as a master of innovation. The organization also has a tendency organizational leadership models that lead to transformational leadership that focuses on the ability of education or intellectual stimulation and the role of language in communication are open. The attitude of resistance can also be investigated through the behaviour and properties of exemplary collaboration role model organization in conjunction with the development of innovative skills
