Abstract

Adanya peralihan dari online ke onsite learning mempengaruhi perilaku siswa TK- A, salah satunya adalah perilaku disiplin dan menjadi salah satu masalah di dalam pembelajaran. Permasalahan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan, adanya keterbatasan interaksi, dan kurangnya edukasi serta kebiasaan untuk hidup disiplin. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penulisan adalah untuk memaparkan penggunaan thinking chair dalam membentuk kedisiplinan siswa TK-A. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan thinking chair dapat membangun pemahaman yang reflektif pada siswa dengan tuntunan guru untuk mengarahkan kebiasaan siswa kepada perilaku yang positif sehingga kedisiplinan dalam diri siswa dapat dilakukan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang. Penggunaan thinking chair juga menjadi metode yang membantu pemulihan perilaku tidak disiplin siswa dengan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan agar siswa dapat memikirkan kembali menyadari perilaku sebelumnya dengan tuntunan Roh Kudus agar dapat memiliki karakter yang serupa dengan Kristus. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan thinking chair dengan tuntunan guru dan dapat membentuk perilaku disiplin siswa TK-A. Saran dari penulis untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu memodifikasi pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang sudah ada dengan kegiatan lainnya dan mengkaji kelemahan dari thinking chair agar dapat ditindaklanjuti sehingga penggunaan dan efeknya dapat lebih optimal bagi siswa. / The transition from online to onsite learning affects the behavior of TK-A students, one of which is disciplinary behavior and becomes one of the problems in learning. These problems are influenced by the environment, limited interaction, and lack of education and habits for disciplined living. Therefore, the purpose of writing is to explain the use of thinking chairs in shaping the discipline of TK-A students. The research method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative. The results of the discussion show that the use of thinking chairs can build reflective understanding in students with teacher guidance to direct students' habits to positive behavior so that discipline in students can be carried out in the long term. The use of the thinking chair is also a method that helps students recover from undisciplined behavior by asking some questions so that students can rethink their previous behavior with the guidance of the Holy Spirit so that they can have a Christ-like character. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the thinking chair is guided by the teacher and can shape the disciplinary behavior of TK-A students. Suggestions from the author for further research are modifying existing reflective questions with other activities and examining the weaknesses of the thinking chair so that it can be followed up so that its use and effect can be more optimal for students.
