Abstract

Latar belakang : Stres merupakan bentuk dari reaksi tubuh berupa ketegangan secara emosional seperti marah, frustasi, gugup dan ataupun fisik yang dikeluarkan setelah menerima rangsangan tantangan atau tuntutan dari berbagai aspek kegiatan contohnya stres yang timbul karena akademik, pekerjaan, ekonomi dan tekanan dari lingkungan sekitar. Stres akademik umumnya timbul pada saat mengerjakan tugas, ujian, laporan kasus, atau kegiatan lainnya yang berhubungan dengan nilai, absensi/kehadiran di kelas atausyarat kelulusan. Oleh karena itu stres akademik menjadi salah satu stres yang umum terjadi khususnya di kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini akan menunjukan salah satu stressor yang sering memicu stres akademik yaitu ujian Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) yaitu ujian yang menurut kebanyakan mahasiswa kesehatan (kedokteran, keperawatan, farmasi dan lain-lain) menjadi salah satu ujian yang paling menguras tenaga dan memicu stres (khususnya stresakademik). Tujuan penelitian : Membandingkan tingkat stres pada saat sebelum dan sesudah melaksanakan ujian Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) pada mahasiswa PRAKLINIK Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan. Hipotesis : Terjadi perbedaan tingkat stres pada saat sebelum dan sesudah melaksanakan ujian Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE), yang dinilai melalui kuesioner MSSQ. Metode penelitian : Penelitian ini akan menggunakan teknik Stratified Random Sampling secara daring (online) berikut dengan kuesioner yang akan disebar melalui google form, lalu data yang didapatkan akan diproses menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2022 dan SPSS 26 dengan analisa hasil dalam bentuk Mc Nemar’s Test. Hasil penelitian : Terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna pada tingkatan stres sebelum dengan sesudah melaksanakan OSCE, dapat dilihat dari P value dari kuesioner MSSQ (0,011) yang dibawah <0,05 yang di uji menggunakan Mc Nemar Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbedaan tingkatan stres yang signifikan pada saat sebelum dan sesudah melaksanakan OSCE pada mahasiswa PRAKLINIK Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan, karena didapatkan P value <0,05. Kata kunci : Stres, Tingkat stres, Stres akademik, Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE), Ujian klinis dengan objektif terstruktur, / Background : Stress is a form of body reaction in the form of emotional tension such as anger, frustration, nervousness, and or physically released after receiving a challenge or demand stimulus from various aspects of activity, for example, stress that arises due to academic, work, economic and pressure from the surrounding environment. Academic stress generally arises when doing assignments, exams, case reports, or other activities related to grades, class attendance/attendance, or graduation requirements. Therefore, academic stress is one of the most common stressors, especially among students. In this study, we will show that one of the stressors that often trigger academic stress is the OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) exam, which is an exam that according to most health students (medicine, nursing, pharmacy, etc.) trigger stress (especially academic stress). Objective : To find out whether there is a comparison of stress levels before and after carrying out the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) in pre-clinical students of the Faculty of Medicine, Pelita Harapan University. Hypothesis : There is a difference in stress levels before and after carrying out the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE), which is assessed through the MSSQ questionnaire. Methods : This study will use techniques Stratified Random Sampling online follows by a questionnaire that will be distributed through a google form, and the data obtained will be processed using Microsoft Excel 2022 and SPSS 26 with the analysis of the results in the form of Mc Nemar's Test. Results : There is a significant difference in stress levels before and after carrying out OSCE, it can be seen from the P value of the MSSQ questionnaire (0.011) which is below <0.05 which is tested using Mc Nemar Conclusion : There is a significant difference in stress levels before and after carrying out OSCE on Pre-clinical students of the Faculty of Medicine, Pelita Harapan University because the P value <0.05 was obtained.
