Abstract

Kurikulum IB identik dengan pembelajarannya yang berpusat kepada siswa. Guru berperan memfasilitasi siswa untuk terlibat secara aktif dalam pembelajaran. Hasil observasi menunjukkan rendahnya kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan rancangan pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum IB. Maka dilakukan Refleksi Praktis sebagai upaya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Refleksi dilakukan berdasarkan model Follow me yang ditawarkan oleh Schön (1987) meliputi mengamati dan mencermati demonstrasi pengajaran, menirukan dan mengkritisi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memaparkan upaya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dalam implementasi Kurikulum IB melalui penerapan refleksi praktis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan salah satu sarana yang digunakan Guru Kristen untuk dapat mengerjakan misi Allah. Guru Kristen perlu melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan isi Kurikulum IB yang dilandaskan pada kebenaran Alkitab. Guru Kristen juga mengajarkan cara hidup umat Kristen di dalam kelas. Refleksi praktis dinilai mampu meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan isi kurikulum. Refleksi praktis dengan ‘meniru’ membantu mahasiswa guru membangun kinerja instruksional dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Umpan balik dinilai dapat menjadi validasi, korektif, dan memberikan sarana alternatif bagi kendala selama proses refleksi praktis. Kesimpulannya, refleksi praktis dengan model Follow me dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya adalah untuk melakukan refleksi praktis pada indikator kompetensi guru yang lainnya / The IB curriculum is identic with student-centered learning. The teacher's role is to facilitate students to be actively involved in learning. The results of observations indicate the lack of pedagogic competence of teachers in implementing learning in accordance with the learning design in the IB Curriculum. Reflective practice is carried out as an effort to increase the pedagogic competence of teachers. Reflection is carried out based on the Follow me model offered by Schön (1987) which includes seeing and observing teaching demonstrations, imitating and criticizing. The purpose of this study is to describe efforts to increase pedagogic competence in the implementation of the IB curriculum through the application of reflective practice. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Pedagogic competence is one of the tools used by Christian teachers to be able to carry out God's mission. Christian teachers need to carry out learning in accordance with the contents of the IB Curriculum which is based on Bible truth. Christian teachers also teach the Christian way of life in the classroom. Reflective practice is considered capable of increasing the pedagogic competence of teachers in carrying out learning in accordance with the curriculum content. Reflective practice by 'imitating' helps teacher students build instructional performance in carrying out learning. Feedback is assessed as validating, correcting, and providing alternative means for obstacles during the reflective practice process. In conclusion, reflective practice with the Follow me model able to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in implementing learning. Suggestions for future researchers are to do reflective practice on other indicators of teacher competence.
