Abstract

Latar Belakang : Menurut data dari Perhimpunan Dokter Spesialis Kedokteran Jiwa Indonesia masalah kesehatan mental pada tahun 2020 sampai 2021 mengalami peningkatan. Pada periode kehamilan membuat wanita rentan terkena gangguan psikologis seperti kecemasan, stress, dan depresi. Hal ini menimbulkan adanya kecemasan, stres, dan depresi pada ibu hamil. Namun belum ada penelitian mengenai kecemasan, stres, dan depresi pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Tulang Bawang I. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui gambaran demografik, tingkat kecemasan, stres, dan depresi ibu hamil pada Januari-Februari 2022 di Puskesmas Tulang Bawang I. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi potong lintang terhadap 73 dengan kriteria inkusi ibu hamil yang ada di Kecamatan Banjar Agung Puskesmas Tulang Bawang 1 selama periode penelitian yaitu bulan Januari 2022 sampai dengan Juli 2022, ibu hamil yang datang memeriksakan dirinya ke Puskesmas Tulang Bawang 1, dan bersedia menjadi responden melalui informed consent. Metode pengambilan sampel yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian dengan consecutive sampling. Data penelitian yang sudah terkumpul akan dimasukkan ke dalam Microsoft Excel 2020, kemudian menggunakan aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 26 dengan metode grafik untuk mengetahui kecemasan, stress, dan depresi pada ibu hamil. Hasil Penelitian : Mayoritas responden dalam penelitian ini median usia responden 27 (19-39) tahun, median usia kehamilan adalah 27 (5-38) minggu, sebagai ibu rumah tangga, pendidikan tamat SMA sederajat, berpenghasilan rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat depresi sebagian responden didominasi tingkat normal yaitu 98,6%, sedangkan tingkat kecemasan paling banyak yaitu berada di tingkat normal dengan nilai 81,7% dan nilai tertinggi tingkat stress ibu hamil yaitu normal dengan nilai 93%. Kesimpulan : Median usia responden adalah 27 (19-39) tahun dan tingkat depresi, kecemasan, stress ibu hamil adalah normal. / Background : According to data from the Association of Indonesian Mental Health Specialists, mental health problems from 2020 to 2021 have increased. During pregnancy, women are vulnerable to psychological disorders such as anxiety, stress, and depression. This causes anxiety, stress, and depression in pregnant women. However, there has been no research on anxiety, stress, and depression in pregnant women at the Tulang Bawang I Health Center. Objective : To find out the demographic picture, the level of anxiety, stress, and depression of pregnant women at the Tulang Bawang I Health Center Methods : This study used a cross-sectional study of 73 with the inclusion criteria of pregnant women in the District of Banjar Agung Puskesmas Tulang Bawang 1 during the research period from January 2022 to July 2022, pregnant women who came to check themselves at the Tulang Bawang 1 Health Center, and became respondents through informed consent. The sampling method that will be carried out in this study is consecutive sampling. The research data collected will be entered into Microsoft Excel 2020, then using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26 application with a graphical method to determine anxiety, stress, and depression in pregnant women. Results : The majority of respondents in this study, the median age of the respondents was 27 (19-39) years, the median gestational age was 27 (5-38) weeks, as housewives, high school education equivalent, low income. The results showed that the depression level of some respondents was dominated by normal levels, namely 98.6%, while the most anxiety levels were at normal levels with a value of 81.7% and the highest value of stress levels for pregnant women was normal with a value of 93%. Conclusion : The median age of the respondents was 27 (19-39) years and the level of depression, anxiety, stress of pregnant women was normal.
