Abstract

Disiplin merupakan sikap taat dan patuh terhadap aturan yang ada. Dengan adanya sikap disiplin pada diri siswa dapat mendukung tujuan pendidikan yaitu menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan berkakhlak mulia. Namun faktanya di sekolah Kristen daerah Tangerang, guru masih menemukan beberapa siswa yang tidak disiplin seperti: 1) tidak menggunakan atribut seragam yang lengkap dan sesuai, 2) tidak mengerjakan tugas sekolah, 3) tidak fokus pada pembelajaran, 4) tidak melakukan raise hand ketika ingin menjawab, bertanya dan izin.. Upaya untuk membentuk sikap disiplin siswa melalui penerapan peraturan kelas dengan pemberian konsekuensi berupa reward dan punishment agar meminimalisir perilaku siswa yang tidak disiplin di dalam kelas. Sehingga melalui sikap disiplin, siswa dapat mencerminkan karakter Kristus dalam hidupnya. Tujuan karya tulis ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan peraturan kelas dengan pemberian reward dan punishment untuk membentuk sikap disiplin siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskripsi kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan penulis dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan peraturan kelas dengan pemberian konsekuensi dapat membentuk sikap disiplin siswa yaitu menumpulkan tugas tepat waktu dan fokus dalam pembelajaran. pada siswa. Penerapan peraturan kelas harus dilakukan secara konsisten. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya mengkaji lebih lanjut terkait variasi penegakkan disiplin melalui peraturan kelas. / Discipline is an attitude of obedience and obedience to existing rules. With a disciplined attitude in students, they can support the purpose of education, namely to create quality human resources and have noble character. But the fact is that in a Christian school in the Tangerang area, teachers still find some students who are not disciplined, such as: 1) not using complete and appropriate uniform attributes, 2) not doing school assignments, 3) not focusing on learning, 4) not raising hands when they want to answer, ask questions and get permission. As a result, learning is disrupted. Efforts to form student discipline through the application of class rules by giving consequences in the form of rewards and punishments in order to minimize undisciplined student behavior in the classroom. So that through discipline, students can reflect the character of Christ in their lives. The purpose of this paper is to describe the application of classroom rules by giving consequences to form students' disciplined attitudes. The research method used is a qualitative description. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out by the author, it can be concluded that the application of classroom rules with the provision of consequences can form students' disciplined attitudes, namely blunting assignments on time and focusing on learning. on students. The application of class rules must be done consistently. Suggestions for further research are to study more about variations in discipline enforcement through class rules.
