Abstract

Kedisiplinan menjadi hal yang penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran yang perlu diajarkan kepada siswa sejak dini. Selain itu melalui kedisiplinan siswa diarahkan untuk memiliki kepatuhan dan keteraturan dalam hidupnya dikarenakan pada hakikatnya Allah menciptakan manusia dengan penuh keteraturan dan Allah menghendaki manusia memiliki keteraturan, salah satu caranya yaitu melalui disiplin mematuhi peraturan yang berlaku. Namun berdasarkan hasil observasi di salah satu sekolah Kristen di Jakarta terlihat adanya ketidakdisiplinan siswa pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Maka, salah satu cara yang digunakan guru untuk mendisiplinkan siswa adalah dengan menerapkan peraturan kelas. Mengacu pada hal tersebut, maka tujuan penelitiannya adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kedisiplinan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas II Sekolah Dasar melalui peraturan kelas. Sementara itu, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Melalui metode tersebut, diperoleh hasil bahwa untuk mendisiplinkan siswa melalui penerapan peraturan kelas dilaksanakan melalui lima tahap. Mulai dari menetapkan peraturan yang disepakati dengan siswa, menyampaikan ekspetasi dan tujuan penerapan peraturan, mengajak siswa menerapkan peraturan mulai dari hal yang sederhana. Selain itu, guru secara konsisten mengingatkan siswa terhadap peraturan secara berulang-ulang. Terakhir, guru memberikan pujian agar siswa termotivasi untuk disiplin. Penulis menyarankan agar setiap peraturan dapat diterapkan secara tegas, konsisten, berulang-ulang dan penuh kasih. Selain itu, guru harus mengasah kompetensinya agar semakin baik dan menunjukkan teladan dalam memiliki hidup yang teratur./ Discipline is important to supporting the learning process that needs to be taught to students from an early age. Furthermore, through discipline, students are directed to have obedience and order in their lives, because basically God created humans with full order and God wants humans to have order, such as through discipline by applying the applicable regulations. However, based on the results of observations at one of the Christian schools in Jakarta, it was seen that there was student indiscipline during the learning process. So, one of the ways that teachers use to discipline students is to apply class rules. Referring to that fact, the purpose of this research is to describe student discipline in the learning process in grade II Elementary School through classroom rules. Meanwhile, the research method used is descriptive qualitative. Through this method, it was found that to discipline students through the application of classroom rules, it was carried out in five stages. Starting from setting agreed rules with students, conveying the expectations and objectives of implementing the rules, inviting students to apply rules starting from simple things. Moreover, the teacher consistently reminds students of the rules repeatedly. Finally, the teacher gives compliment so that students are motivated to be disciplined. The author suggests that each rule can be applied firmly, consistently, repeatedly and with love. Furthermore, teachers must increase their competencies to get better and show examples in having an orderly life.
