Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur menimbulkan ekspansi ekonomi melalui efek multiplier. Apabila perkembangan infrastruktur terhambat, maka akan pertumbuhan ekonomi akan menjadi lemah. Infrastruktur yang kurang memadai juga mempengaruhi daya tarik iklim investasi di Indonesia Di Indonesia pertumbuhan jumlah perusahaan konstruksi ternyata tidak sejalan dengan pertumbuhan tenaga ahli. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa setiap perusahaan konstruksi harus segera berbenah diri. Dalam usahanya untuk berbenah diri, maka sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor yang sangat penting bagi kelangsungan perusahaan konstruksi. Tenaga kerja yang berpengalaman menjadi asset yang penting bagi perusahaan konstruksi, oleh sebab itu perusahaan konstruksi harus memastikan bahwa karyawan yang memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang ada di perusahaan saat ini memiliki kemauan untuk tetap bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh HR Practices terhadap Job Loyalty melalui Psychological Empowerment dan Job Satisfaction di PT. X. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah 80 orang karyawan dengan kriteria telah bekerja lebih dari dua tahun, berpendidikan minimum SMU, dan berada pada level staff. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan bahwa HR Practices (Training dan Reward) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Psychological Empowerment (Job Competence, Job Autonomy, Job Impact). Psychological Empowerment (Job Competence dan Job Impact) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction. Psychological Empowerment (Job Autonomy) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Job Loyalty / Infrastructure development gives rise to economic expansion through a multiplier effect. If infrastructure development is hampered, economic growth will be weak. Inadequate infrastructure also affects the attractiveness of the investment climate in Indonesia. In Indonesia, the growth of the number of construction companies is apparently not in line with the growth of experts. This indicates that every construction company must improve itself immediately. In an effort to improve itself, human resources are a very important factor for the survival of construction companies. Experienced workforce is an important asset for construction companies, therefore construction companies must ensure that employees who have the knowledge and experience in the company today have the will to continue working in the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of HR Practices on Job Loyalty through Psychological Empowerment and Job Satisfaction at PT. X. This study using quantitative methods with a sample used is 80 employees with the criteria have worked more than two years, have a minimum high school education, and at the staff level. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 22.0. From the results of data processing it was found that HR Practices (Training and Reward) had a significant influence on Psychological Empowerment (Job Competence, Job Autonomy, Job Impact). Psychological Empowerment (Job Competence and Job Impact) does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Psychological Empowerment (Job Autonomy) has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Job Loyalty
