Abstract

Latar belakang : Stigma negatif COVID-19 yang ada di masyarakat seringkali dialami oleh individu penyintas, tenaga kesehatan, maupun yang sedang terinfeksi. Hal ini menyebabkan penyintas dapat merasakan kecemasan. Kecemasan yang terjadi ketika isolasi mandiri di masa COVID-19 diantaranya rasa tidak mampu bekerja, kehilangan orang terdekat, kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai COVID-19, dan rasa takut akan meninggal. Kecemasan didefinisikan sebagai gangguan jiwa yang bersifat konvensional di lingkungan sekitar, gangguan pada kecemasan disebabkan oleh adanya hubungan interaktif dalam aspek biologis maupun psikologis. Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kecemsan pada penyintas COVID-19 di masa karantina mandiri. Metodologi : Peneltian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kategorik dengan desain cross-sectional. Responden penetitian ini yaitu 203 responden, data yang berasal dari responden diambil dari kuisioner yang diberikan secara daring. Hasil : Berupa hasil yang di dapatkan menunjukan kecemasan pada usia remaja (16-29) sebanyak kategori ringan sebanyak 96 (55,8%) responden, kategori sedang sebanyak 63 (36,6%) responden, dan kategori berat sebanyak 13 (7,6%) responden yang mengalami kecemasan. Sedangkang pada usia dewasa (30-50) menunjukan sebanyak 19 (51,6%) responden kategori ringan, sebanyak 15 (48,8%) responden kategori sedang, dan sebanyak 0 (0%) responden kategori berat. dan antara jenis kelamin dengan tingkat kecemasan yang menunjukan pada jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 38 (57,6%) responden kategori ringan, sebanyak 23 (34,8%) responden kategori sedang, dan sebanyak 8 (5,8) responden kategori berat yang mengalami kecemasan. Pada hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak ada hubungan antara usia dengan tingkat kecemasan dan tidak ada hubunga antara jenis kelamin dengan tingkat kecemasan. / Background : The negative stigma of COVID-19 in the community is often experienced by the survivors of COVID-19, health workers, or those who have been infected. Anxiety that occurs when self-quarantine during the COVID-19 period includes the feeling of not being able to work, losing the closest person, lack of knowledge about COVID-19, and the fear of dying. Anxiety is defined as a mental disorder that is conventional in the environment. Anxiety disorders are caused by an interactive relationship in biological and psychological aspects. Objective : The goal of this study is to find out how anxious COVID-19 survivors were during their self-quarantine time. Method : This study employs a cross-sectional design and a categorical descriptive approach. The data from the respondents was obtained using online surveys, and the total number of respondents in this study was 203 respondents. Result : There are no significant relationship between age and anxiety level which are shown in anxiety based on adolescence (16-29) mild category are 71 (41.3%) respondents, moderate category are 63 (36.6%) respondents, and the heavy category are 13 (7.6%) respondents who experienced anxiety. Meanwhile, in the adult age (30-50) showed that 7 (22.6%) of the respondents are 9 (29.0%) respondents are in the mild category, 15 (48.8%) respondents are in the moderate category, and 0 ( 0%) respondents are in the question category. And between genders and the level of anxiety that shows the male gender had 27 (40.9%) respondents are in the mild category, 23 (34.8%) respondents are in the moderate category , and 8 (5.8) respondents are in the severe category who experienced anxiety.
