Abstract

Latar Belakang: Indonesia adalah salah satu negara dengan kejadian gangguan pernapasan paling banyak di dunia. Gangguan pernapasan yang paling banyak terjadi di Indonesia yaitu infeksi saluran pernapasan akut. angka kejadian infeksi saluran pernapasan akut yang banyak menjadikan masyarakat Indonesia menjadi lebih mudah terkena infeksi tersebut. Salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang memiliki angka kejadian ISPA yang tinggi di Indonesia adalah polisi, baik itu polisi administrasi maupun polisi lalu lintas.. Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kejadian ISPA pada polisi administrasi dan polisi lalu lintas di wilayah Kota Cilegon. Hipotesis : Terdapat perbedaan kejadian ISPA pada polisi administrasi dan polisi lalu lintas di wilayah Kota Cilegon Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan potong lintang (cross sectional) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kejadian ISPA pada polisi administrasi dan polisi lalu lintas. Di wilayah Kota Cilegon. Sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 90 orang dengan pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan cara consecutive sampling, dimana pengambilan sampel akan disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dalam kurun waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan Chi- square dan akan diolah menggunakan program Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 26.0. Hasil : Pada penelitian ini responden terdiri dari 90 polisi di Wilayah Kota Cilegon, dengan jenis pekerjaan berbeda di mana masing-masing polisi administrasi sebanyak 45 orang dan polisi lalu lintas sebanyak 45 orang. Di mana dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kejadian ISPA pada polisi administrasi dan polisi lalu lintas di Wilayah Kota Cilegon dengan P value bernilai 0.475 yaitu lebih besar dari 0.05. Konklusi : Tidak terdapat perbedaan kejadian ISPAyang signifikan pada polisi administrasi dan polisi lalu lintas di Wilayah Kota Cilegon. Kata kunci : ISPA, Polisi Administrasi, Polisi Lalu Lintas/ Background: Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest incidence of respiratory disorders in the world. The most common respiratory disorders in Indonesia are acute respiratory infections. The high incidence of acute respiratory infections makes Indonesian people more susceptible to these infections. One type of work that has a high incidence of ARI in Indonesia is the police, both administrative police and traffic police. Aim: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in the incidence of ARI in administrative police and traffic police in the Cilegon City area. Hypothesis : There are differences in the incidence of ARI in the administrative police and traffic police in the Cilegon City area. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional approach to determine whether there were differences in the incidence of ARI among administrative police and traffic police. In the Cilegon City area. The sample obtained was 85 people with the sample selection carried out by consecutive sampling, where the sampling will be adjusted to the inclusion and exclusion criteria within the specified time period. The data obtained will be analyzed using Chi-square and will be processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 26.0 program. Result and Discussion: In this study, respondents consisted of 90 police officers in the Cilegon City Region, with different types of work where each administrative police officer was 45 people and traffic police officers were 45 people. Where from the results of the study it was found that there was no difference in the incidence of ARI in the administrative police and traffic police in the Cilegon City Region with a P value of 0.475 which is bigger than 0.05. Conclusion: There is no significant difference in the incidence of ARI in the administrative police and traffic police in the Cilegon City Region.
