Abstract

Kolelitiasis atau batu empedu merupakan suatu penyakit hepatobilier di mana terdapat endapan cairan pencernaan yang mengeras dan membentuk kristal di dalam kandung empedu. Kolelitiasis merupakan masalah yang ditemukan di seluruh dunia dan menjadi penyebab umum dilakukannya intervensi bedah serta berkontribusi besar terhadap biaya perawatan kesehatan. Tindakan pembedahan yang dapat dilakukan adalah operasi kolesistektomi. Penelitian yang membandingkan nyeri pascaoperasi kolesistektomi terbuka dengan kolesistektomi laparoskopik masih jarang dilakukan di Indonesia. Mengetahui perbandingan tingkat nyeri pascaoperasi pada pasien dengan kolelitiasis yang menjalani operasi kolesistektomi terbuka dengan kolesistektomi laparoskopik di Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi potong lintang dengan populasi sampel penelitian pasien kolelitiasis pascaoperasi kolesistektomi terbuka atau kolesistektomi laparoskopik di Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan convenience sampling hingga kuota terpenuhi. Data Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) diambil dari rekam medis pasien dan diolah menggunakan metode uji T test dengan alternatif yaitu Mann-Whitney U. Dari 53 sampel yang didapatkan, Nilai tengah VAS 1 hari pascaoperasi kolesistektomi terbuka adalah 3, dengan nilai terendah 1 dan tertinggi 6. Sedangkan untuk kolesistektomi laparoskopik adalah 2 dengan nilai terendah 0 dan tertinggi 4. Dengan P-value yang didapatkan adalah < 0,001. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbandingan tingkat nyeri pascaoperasi yang dianggap signifikan secara statistik, dengan nilai tengah VAS 1 hari pascaoperasi pasien kolesistektomi terbuka lebih tinggi dibandingkan pasien kolesistektomi laparoskopik Kolelitiasis, nyeri pascaoperasi, kolesistektomi terbuka, kolesistektomi laparoskopik / Cholelithiasis or gallstones is a hepatobiliary disease in which there are hardened and crystallized deposits of digestive juices in the gallbladder. Cholelithiasis is a worldwide problem and is a common cause of surgical intervention and contributes greatly to healthcare costs. Surgery that can be done is cholecystectomy surgery. Research comparing the postoperative pain of open cholecystectomy with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is still rare in Indonesia. To compare the level of postoperative pain in patients with cholelithiasis who underwent open cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village. This study used a cross-sectional design with a sample population of patients with cholelithiasis following open cholecystectomy or laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village. Sampling was carried out using convenience sampling until the quota was met. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) data is taken from the patient's medical record and is processed using the T test with an alternative, namely Mann-Whitney U. From 53 samples obtained, the median VAS 1 day after open cholecystectomy was 3, with the lowest value 1 and the highest being 6. While for laparoscopic cholecystectomy it was 2 with the lowest value 0 and the highest 4. With the P-value obtained was 0, 00. This study showed a comparison of postoperative pain levels which were considered statistically significant, with the median score of VAS 1 day after surgery for open cholecystectomy patients is higher compared to laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients.
