Abstract

Betapa pentingnya Kontribusi LSM internasional dalam mengimplementasi UNCRC, khususnya dalam isu kekerasan seksual yang semakin meningkat. Anak sebagai ciptaan yang istimewa, seharusnya memiliki kesempatan dan hak yang sama untuk hidup. Dengan diratifikasi United Nations Convention of The Right of the Child (UNCRC) memberikan kesempatan bagi anak untuk mendapatkan hak-hak mereka. UNCRC sebagai agen yang memberikan norma-norma pemenuhan hak anak sehingga dapat mengadvokasi Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan kajian ini adalah deskriptif dengan teknik secara naratif. Konsep yang digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian ini meliputi: (1) Identitas dan kepentingan, (2) Agen dan struktur, (3) Norma dan advokasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) mendapatkan gambaran kontribusi LSM internasional dalam implementasi UNCRC di Indonesia, (2) memberikan gambaran mengenai bagaimana ide dan gagasan dapat mempengaruhi sebuah masyarakat dan struktur berkaitan anak yang menjadi korban kekerasan seksual melalui skala global dan skala lokal. Penelitian ini adalah kontribusi LSM Internasional dalam implementasi UNCRC di Indonesia terutama dalam menyebarkan norma perlindungan terhadap anak dari kekerasan seksual./How important is the contribution of international NGOs in implementing UNCRC, especially in the increasing issue of sexual violence. Children as special creations, should have the same opportunities and rights to live. With the ratification of the United Nations Convention of The Right of the Child (UNCRC) it provides an opportunity for children to get their rights. UNCRC as an agency that provides norms for fulfilling children's rights. The method used to conduct this study is descriptive with narrative techniques. The concepts used to conduct this research include: (1) Identity and interests, (2) Agents and structures, (3) Norms and advocacy. The aims of this research are: (1) to get an overview of the contribution of international NGOs in the implementation of UNCRC in Indonesia, (2) to provide an overview of how ideas and ideas can influence a society and structures related to children who are victims of sexual violence through global and local scales. This research is the contribution of international NGOs in the implementation of the UNCRC in Indonesia, especially in spreading the norms of protecting children from sexual violence.
