Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari mobile technology acceptance model terhadap behavioural intention to use studi pada QRIS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived transaction convenience memiliki pengaruh terhadap Mobile usefulness pada pengadopsian QRIS, perceived transaction speed memiliki pengaruh terhadap mobile ease of use pada pengadopsian QRIS, perceived transaction convenience mampu memediasi mobile usefulness terhadap behavioural intention to use pada QRIS, perceived transaction speed mampu memediasi mobile ease of use terhadap behavioural intention to use pada QRIS, mobile usefulness memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioural intention to use pada QRIS, mobile ease of use memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioural intention to use pada QRIS, optimism tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioural intention to use pada QRIS dan personal innovativeness memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioural intention to use pada QRIS.
