ABSTRAK Gaby Dwi Arcyta (01041190080) AKTIVITAS KEHUMASAN DI BIRO HUMAS BADAN NARKOTIKA NASIONAL (BNN) DALAM MENGELOLA PUBLIKASI KONTEN AKUN INSTAGRAM @INFOBNN_ RI ( xiv + 88 halaman : 23 gambar; 11 lampiran) Kata kunci: Public Relations, Humas Pemerintah, Media Sosial, Content, Instagram. Di zaman modern ini perusahaan memerlukan seorang public relations untuk menjembatani perusahaan dengan publik, demikian juga BNN RI membutuhkan Hubungan Masyarakat dalam mengelola publikasi konten. Sebagai humas pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab dalam membantu organisasi agar mencapai tujuan dan sasarannya untuk mempertahankan relasi baik dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan lain ataupun publik.Setelah melakukan kegiatan magang selama tiga setengah bulan di Humas Badan Narkotika Nasional, pemagang telah mencapai tujuan magang yang mengetahui serta mempraktikkan mengelola publikasi konten yang berupa informasi terkait kegiatan maupun edukasi melalui media sosial khususnya Instagram @infobnn_ri dengan konten yang dikemas secara menarik. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil sebagai Humas BNN RI yaitu pemagang telah diberikan tugas sesuai dengan fungsi dan tugas humas pemerintah yang menyediakan informasi tentang seluruh kegiatan instansi maupun program secara berbeda mengikut perkembangan zaman. Sehingga informasi diberikan dapat lebih menyeluruh ke seluruh Indonesia. In this modern era, companies need a public relations officer to bridge the company with the public, as well as BNN RI requires Public Relations in managing content publication. As a human being, the government is responsible for helping organizations achieve their goals and objectives to maintain good relations with various other stakeholders or the public. After doing an internship for three and a half months at the National Narcotics Agency Public Relations, the intern has achieved the goal of the internship to study and manage publication content in the form of information related to activities and education through social media, especially Instagram @infobnn_ri with content that is packaged in an attractive way.The conclusion that can be drawn as BNN RI Public Relations is that interns have been given assignments in accordance with the functions and duties of government public relations which provide information about all the activities of agencies and programs that are different according to the times.
