Abstract

This research aims to understand the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and learning orientation on organizational performance with the mediation of innovation capacity. This research utilizes the context of SMEs specifically on Solar companies. This research utilizes the approach of quantitative research where the data is obtained through the use of an electronic questionnaire (Google forms). This study was conducted in Indonesia and obtained respondents from the main city of Jakarta. The analysis of data was conducted utilizing the inner and outer model with the use of Smart-PLS 4.0. The outer model includes the tests of reliability and validity, while the tests of inner model was conducted on the goodness of fit test (GOF), Predictive relevance, P-value, T-statistics, R-square and common method bias. Moreover, the modeling of structural equation was conducted to test the relationships of constructs based on the theoretical framework of this research. The outcomes showed that entrepreneurial leadership and learning orientation has a positive relationship with innovation capacity. Innovation capacity has a positive relationship with organizational performance and entrepreneurial leadership and learning orientation has a positive relationship with organizational performance mediated by innovation capacity. This study does not only contribute to SMEs and Solar companies, but it also helps to enhance solar companies by understanding and evaluating their leadership, learning orientation, innovation and their performance / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dan orientasi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan mediasi kapasitas inovasi. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan konteks UKM khususnya pada perusahaan Solar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dimana data diperoleh melalui penggunaan kuesioner elektronik (Google form). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Indonesia dan memperoleh responden dari kota utama Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model inner dan outer dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS 4.0. Outer model meliputi uji reliabilitas dan validitas, sedangkan uji inner model dilakukan pada uji goodness of fit (GOF), Predictive relevance, P-value, T-statistics, R-square dan common method bias. Selain itu, pemodelan persamaan struktural dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan antar konstruk berdasarkan kerangka teoritis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dan orientasi belajar memiliki hubungan positif dengan kapasitas inovasi. Kapasitas inovasi memiliki hubungan positif dengan kinerja organisasi dan kepemimpinan kewirausahaan serta orientasi pembelajaran memiliki hubungan positif dengan kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh kapasitas inovasi. Studi ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada UKM dan perusahaan surya, tetapi juga membantu meningkatkan perusahaan surya dengan memahami dan mengevaluasi kepemimpinan, orientasi pembelajaran, inovasi, dan kinerja mereka.
