Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan unsur penting dan tidak terpisahkan dalam kehidupan manusia. Sebagian besar aspek kehidupan manusia dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan seperti aspek sosial dan finansial. Pentingnya pendidikan menjadi alasan negara-negara sepakat untuk mewujudkan pendidikan dunia yang berkualitas pada masa mendatang melalui Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB) nomor 4. Sulit bagi Perserikatan Bangsa Bangsa (PBB) sebagai organisasi Internasional yang menaungi TPB mewujudkan targetnya seorang diri. Maka, Ia memutuskan untuk menggandeng aktor-aktor lain untuk dapat mendukung pemenuhan target TPB tersebut. FC Barcelona merupakan aktor nonnegara yang bersedia mendukung upaya PBB tersebut. Melalui UNICEF kerja sama FC Barcelona dan PBB terjalin, hingga keduanya sepakat berupaya mewujudkan target TPB nomor 4 menggunakan metode FutbolNet di Indonesia, Nepal, Bangladesh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran serta penjelasan mengenai upaya, peluang, dan tantangan yang dihadapi UNICEF dan FC Barcelona dalam mewujudkan target TPB nomor 4 menggunakan FutbolNet di Indonesia, Nepal, Bangladesh. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori neoliberalisme dengan konsep organisasi internasional dan kerja sama internasional. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif, metode penelitian deskriptif serta menggunakan teknik studi kepustakaan untuk mengumpulkan berbagai data penelitian. Melalui penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa kolaborasi UNICEF dan FC Barcelona untuk mewujudkan target TPB nomor 4 menggunakan metode FutbolNet telah memberi kontribusi positif di Indonesia, Nepal, dan Bangladesh. Hal tersebut tentunya tidak lepas dari peluang yang ada, di mana kontribusi positif kolaborasi ini disebabkan oleh tingginya antusiasme masyarakat terhadap sepakbola. Terlepas daripeluangnya, terdapat juga tantangan dalam melaksanakan kolaborasi ini, namun pada umumnya tingkat perekonomian rendah lah yang menjadi penghambat dari pelaksanaan kolaborasi ini./ Education is an important and inseparable in human life. Aspects in human life are influenced by education, such as social and financial aspects. The importance of education is the reason countries agree to realize quality world education in the future through Sustainable Development Goals (TPB) number 4. It’s difficult for United Nations (UN) as an international organization that oversees SDGs to realize its targets alone. So, UN decided to cooperate with other actors to support fulfillment of SDGs. FC Barcelona is a non-state actor who’s willing to support the UN's efforts. Through UNICEF, collaboration between FC Barcelona and UN was established, both agreed to try to achieve SDGs number 4 using the FutbolNet method in Indonesia, Nepal, Bangladesh. This study aims to provide research of the efforts, opportunities and challenges faced by UNICEF and FC Barcelona in realizing SDGs target number 4 using FutbolNet. This study uses theory of neoliberalism with the concept of international organizations and international cooperation. This study applies a qualitative approach, descriptive research method, library research techniques to collect research data. This research found the collaboration between UNICEF and FC Barcelona to realize SDG target number 4 using the FutbolNet method has made a positive contribution in Indonesia, Nepal and Bangladesh. Of course, this can’t be separated from the opportunities that exist, positive contribution of this collaboration is due to high enthusiasm of the community for football. Apart from the opportunities, there’s also challenges, in general it’s the low economic level that is the obstacle to implementing this collaboration.
