Abstract

Dalam Skripsi ini, akan dibahas bagaimana mengimplementasikan algoritma Artificial Bee Colony(ABC) untuk menyelesaikan Flow Shop Scheduling Problem. Manfaat dari skripsi ini adalah untuk menjadi patokan bagi perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dari produksi. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dicari metode untuk meminimalkan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan semua pekerjaan dalam FSSP. Dalam penyelesaian tersebut, diterapkan metode cycle crossover dan tiga fase utama dalam algoritma ABC. Dari penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa algoritma ABC mampu memberikan solusi yang layak digunakan dalam penyelesaian FSSP. Algoritma ABC juga memiliki kinerja yang cukup baik dengan rata-rata perbedaan solusi yang dibangkitkan dengan solusi optimal tidak melebihi 8%. / This Thesis will discuss the implementation of the Artificial Bee Colony(ABC) algorithm and its perfomance in solving the Flow Shop Scheduling Problem(FSSP). One of the benefits of this research is to serve as a benchmark for manufacturing businesses to improve their production efficiency. The main focus of this research is to find a method to minimize the time need to complete every job presented in the FSSP. In order to find the solution, the cycle crossover method was implemented along with the three main phases of the ABC algorithm. This research finds that the ABC algorithm was successful in finding feasible solutions for FSSP. The ABC Algorithm also has decent performance with the difference between the generated and optimal solutions no greater than 8%.
