Abstract

Studi Kelayakan Bisnis adalah suatu rangkaian penelitian untuk mempertimbangkan kelayakan suatu usaha dari berbagai aspek pemasaran, pasar, operasional, sumber daya manusia dan finansial. Kuliner adalah salah satu bisnis yang cukup menarik karena makanan akan selalu berdampingan dengan kebutuhan primer manusia. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki ketertarikan yang besar terhadap budaya Korea. Salah satunya adalah olahan makanan Korea yang cukup diminati masyarakat.Pertumbuhan yang cukup pesat membuat konsep bisnis ini menarik untuk diteliti lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti kelayakan bisnis makanan Korea. Penulis melakukan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, serta pengambilan data sekunder untuk memperkuat analisis studi kelayakan bisnis Donggeurami Restaurant.
