Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh positif teknologi, organisasi dan lingkungan terhadap kinerja UMKM yang dimediasi oleh adopsi aplikasi Gopay. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada UMKM pengguna mobile paymentGopay, dengan jumlah 210 responden di daerah Jabodetabek. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dan alat uji yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah SmartPLS 3. Hasil temuan mengungkapkan bahwaOrganization dan Environment berpengaruh positif terhadap adopsi aplikasi Gopay, namun tidak terdapat pengaruh positif Technology terhadap adopsi aplikasiGopay. Adopsi aplikasi Gopay juga tidak memediasi pengaruh Technology dan Organization terhadap kinerja UMKM, namun Adopsi aplikasi Gopay dapat memediasi pengaruh Environment terhadap kinerja UMKM. Implikasi dari penelitian ini ditujukan kepada pemilik UMKM untuk lebih memfokuskan faktor teknologi, yaitu agar pemilik usaha dapat mempelajari Gopay lebih dalam sebagai metode pembayaran digital untuk memperlancar kegiatan usaha yang akan menaikkan kinerja perusahaan juga dapat meningkatan keamanan informasi pelanggan selama bertransaksi. Dan untuk organization, khususnya dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi dan berbagi pengetahuan mengenai data dari Gopay dengan cara mengikuti pelatihan untuk dapat menyusun strategi perusahaanberikutnya. Lalu environment yaitu dengan adanya ekosistem yang dapat memudahkan transaksi antara supplier dan konsumen. Kemudian bagi perusahaan yang lebih besar mungkin dapat memperoleh posisi kompetitif dan kinerja yang unggul dalam pengadopsian aplikasi Gopay. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang proses pengambilan keputusan untukmengadopsi mobile payment jenis lainnya alih-alih menghabiskan banyak sumber daya dalam pilihan berisiko untuk keberlanjutan dan kinerja tinggi./ This study aims to determine the positive influence of technology, organization andenvironment on the performance of MSMEs mediated by the adoption of the Gopayapplication. This research is aimed at MSME users of Gopay mobile payments, witha total of 210 respondents in the Jabodetabek area. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire and the test tool used to analyze the data was SmartPLS 3. The findings revealed that Organization and Environment had a positive effect on the adoption of the Gopay application, but there was no positive effect of Technology on the adoption of the Gopay application. The adoption of theGopay application also does not mediate the influence of Technology and Organization on MSME performance, but the adoption of the Gopay application can mediate the influence of the Environment on MSME performance. The implications of this research are aimed at MSME owners to focus more on technological factors, namely so that business owners can study Gopay more deeplyas a digital payment method to facilitate business activities which will increase company performance and can also improve customer information security during transactions. And for organizations, especially in developing information systems and sharing knowledge about data from Gopay by participating in training to be able to develop the next company strategy. Then the environment, namely the existence of an ecosystem that can facilitate transactions between suppliers and consumers. Then larger companies may be able to gain a competitive position and superior performance in adopting the Gopay application. In addition, this research can also provide valuable insights into the decision-making process to adopt other types of mobile payments instead of spending a lot of resources on risky choices for sustainability and high performance.
