Abstract

PT. Sangil Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur dan memiliki jumlah karyawan sebanyak 163 orang. Hambatan komunikasi dan miskomunikasi merupakan hal yang mungkin terjadi dalam suatu perusahaan. Miskomunikasi yang terjadi di PT. Sangil Indonesia terjadi karena dua faktor, faktor pertama yaitu adanya pesan melalui media digital seperti E-mail dan Whatsapp tidak tersampaikan dengan baik dan faktor kedua yaitu, adanya perbedaan budaya dan bahasa pemilik perusahaan dengan karyawan. Permasalahan tersebut berusaha diatasi dengan strategi komunikasi internal yang efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi internal dalam menciptakan iklim organisasi pada PT. Sangil Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipan, pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, studi pustaka dan rekaman hasil wawancara yang dipelajari secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa, strategi komunikasi internal yang diterapkan oleh PT. Sangil Indonesia dalam menciptakan iklim organisasi yang baik yaitu dengan memberikan satuan komando melalui regular meeting dan briefing pagi untuk menghindari adanya miskomunikasi. Dalam menciptakan kebersamaan dan komitmen tim PT. Sangil Indonesia mengadakan aktivitas yang membangun hubungan antar karyawan, memberikan reward, melibatkan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan mengapresiasi ide karyawan. Selain itu, PT. Sangil Indonesia memberikan tanggung jawab kepada para karyawan untuk menekankan standar dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan dengan baik./ PT. Sangil Indonesia is a company engaged in manufacturing and has a total of 163 employees. Communication barriers and miscommunication are things that might happen in a company. Miscommunication that occurred at PT. Sangil Indonesia occurs due to two factors, the first factor is that messages through digital media such as E-mail and Whatsapp are not conveyed properly and the second factor is the difference in culture and language between company owners and employees. These problems are trying to overcome with an effective internal communication strategy. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how internal communication strategies create an organizational climate at PT. Indonesian Sangil. This study uses a qualitative approach using the case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting in-depth interviews and participant observation, testing the validity of the data was carried out by triangulation, literature studies and recordings of interview results which were studied in depth. The results of the study revealed that the internal communication strategy implemented by PT. Sangil Indonesia in creating a good organizational climate by providing command units through regular meetings and morning briefings to avoid miscommunication. In creating togetherness and team commitment PT. Sangil Indonesia organizes activities that build relationships among employees, provide rewards, involve employees in decision making, and appreciate employees' ideas. In addition, PT. Sangil Indonesia gives responsibility to employees to emphasize standards in doing a good job.
