Abstract
Elodie Tea House Café's Business Feasibility Study is completed with the goal of establishing the feasibility of the projected business and completing the academic criteria for receiving a Bachelor of Applied Tourism degree. Elodie Tea House Café is an afternoon tea café that specializes in afternoon tea. Elodie also offers a breakfast menu and an all-day menu. The café opened on the Pantai Indah Kapuk Golf Island area of North Jakarta. Pantai Indah Kapuk was chosen due to the rise of the food and beverage sector as well as Agung Sedayu Group's continuous development, enhancing the prospects of creating the Elodie Tea House Café. This study's data was gathered through both primary and secondary research. The author use the observation approach to gather information about market and marketing features that have been tailored to geographical, operational, and workforce factors. With a first-year sales projection of 28%, an investment assessment is achieved with a value of IRR> WACC, NPV> 0, and PI> 1, indicating that Elodie Tea House Café is feasible to pursue.
