Abstract

Rancangan buku resep ini berisikan tentang kumpulan resep Kopi Nusantara Coffee Liqueur dan Cocktail. Cocktail sendiri merupakan minuman yang berasal dari New Orleans, dan liquer kopi yang menggunakan lima varian kopi yang berbeda dengan rasa Indonesia. Kopi sendiri merupakan minuman yang berkhasiat dan berenergi yang bisa digunakan untuk bahan campuran minuman beralkohol. Keberagaman minuman cocktail yang mulai banyak orang minati menjadi tujuan dalam pembuatan buku resep, dan juga Indonesia mempunyai berbagai macam kopi yang belum banyak orang tahu dari berbagai pulau di Indonesia yang bisa diolah menjadi bahan campuran minuman. Dengan pemilihan tema buku simple, clean and elegant diharapkan buku lebih mampu untuk dibaca, dan mengerti. Serta terdapat gambar hasil akhir dari produk yang telah dibuat. Tujuan penulis membuat Lima Nusantara Coffee Liqueur dan Cocktail adalah (1) Membuat dan menguji coba Lima Nusantara Coffee Liqueur dan Cocktail. (2) Mengembangkan isi rancangan buku resep yang termasuk dalam jenis fusion yang memiliki arti menggabungkan minuman dari negara yang berbeda yang diantaranya yaitu resep minuman Indonesia dengan Cocktail yang berasal dari New Orleans. Kata Kunci: Cocktail Coffee Liqueur, Recipe Cocktails Coffee Liqueur, Tujuan rancangan buku resep / This recipe book design contains a collection of Nusantara Coffee Liqueur and Cocktail recipes. The cocktail itself is a drink originating from New Orleans, and a coffee liquer that uses five different coffee variants with Indonesian flavors. Coffee itself is a nutritious and energy drink that can be used as a mixture of alcoholic beverages. The diversity of cocktails that many people are starting to be interested in is the goal in making recipe books, and also Indonesia has various kinds of coffee that not many people know about from various islands in Indonesia that can be processed into mixed drinks. By choosing a simple, clean and elegant book theme, it is hoped that the book will be more able to be read and understood. As well as there is a picture of the final result of the product that has been made. The author's goals for making five Nusantara Coffee Liqueur and Cocktails are (1) Making and testing five Nusantara Coffee Liqueur and Cocktails. (2) Presenting a recipe book design that belongs to the fusion type which means drinks that combine from different countries, including Indonesian drink recipes with cocktails originating from New Orleans.
