Abstract

Corruption then becomes a major problem faced by Indonesia, even chronic. Achmad Zanuri revealed that corruption in this country penetrates all lines like an octopus. This deviation not only enters areas that have been perceived by the public as hotbeds of corruption, but also goes down corridors of corruption where it was previously unimaginable that corruption existed, such as in villages. The problem raised in this study is regarding how the regulation of corruption in the management of Village Funds and what are the considerations of judges in making decisions against perpetrators of corruption in Village Funds in the Ambon High Court Decision Number 3/PID.SUS-TPK/2019/PT AMB. This study aims to find out the arrangements regarding the Village Fund Corruption Crime in the Administrative District of Morokay which was carried out by the Village Treasurer and how the judges considered in making a decision against the perpetrators of the Village Fund corruption crime in the Ambon High Court Decision Number 3/PID.Sus.TPK/2019 /PT Amb. This type of research is normative legal research or library research methods. Considering that this type of research is a library research method, what is used for research is secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials.The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is that arrangements regarding the management of village funds have been regulated.
