Abstract

Seminar hasil dilaksanakan pada tanggal 09 Desember 2022, dimana aktivitas ini dilakukan secara daring melalui aplikasi zoom meeting. Hal ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hasil dari penelitian yang berjudul “Implementasi Rotasi Menu Makanan Indonesia pada Mata Kuliah Pengolahan Makanan Dasar Program Studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan Fakultas Pariwisata Universitas Pelita Harapan” dan memperbaiki bagian-bagian yang salah dengan masukan yang diberikan oleh penguji. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian gabungan dimana peneliti mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan mewawancara satu orang ahli yang merupakan koordinator mata kuliah pengolahan dasar makanan, serta peneliti juga menggunakan penentuan uji kelayakan dengan memberi rotasi makanan Indonesia yang akan dijadikan bahan ajar pada mata kuliah pengolahan dasar makanan. Hal ini dilakukan karena kurangnya implementasi rotasi menu makanan Indonesia yang seharusnya diadakan pada mata kuliah ini menurut koordinator mata kuliah tersebut. Pada penilitian ini menghasilkan sebanyak enam rotasi makanan Indonesia yang telah diuji oleh para ahli dan mendapatkan nilai diatas interval yang membuktikan bahwa rotasi makanan Indonesia yang telah dirancang dalam penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar mata kuliah Pengolahan Makanan Dasar program studi pengelolan perhotelan. Simpulan yang didapat dari kegiatan seminar hasil ini dapat disimpulkan dalam beberapa hal yaitu memperbaiki teknis penulisan penelitian sesuai dengan buku panduan yang berlaku, tidak mencerminkan penilitian karena tujuannya untuk mengajarkan, isi dan laporan lebih cenderung ke modul dan bukan penelitian, memperbaiki bagian latar belakang yang tidak jelas, kurangnya bahan pada abstrak, dan mengecek penulisan agar tidak banyak salah dalam penggunaan kata, tidak menjawab pertanyaan dari penelitian dan tidak jelas dalam menuangkan manfaat bagi masyarakat. Katakunci: Seminar Hasil, Mata Kuliah Pengolahan Dasar Makanan, Rotasi Menu Makanan Indonesia, Kualitatif, Uji kelayakan / The results seminar was held on December 9, 2022, where this activity was carried out online via the zoom meeting application. This was done with the aim of evaluating the results of the study entitled "Implementation of Indonesian Food Menu Rotation in the Basic Food Processing Course, Hospitality Management Study Program, Faculty of Tourism, Pelita Harapan University" and correcting the wrong parts with the input provided by the examiner. In this study the researcher used a combined research method where the researcher used a qualitative method by interviewing one expert who was the coordinator of the basic food processing course, and the researcher also used the determination of the due diligence by giving rotation of Indonesian food which would be used as teaching material in the basic food processing course. This was done due to the lack of implementation of the Indonesian food menu rotation which should have been held in this course according to the course coordinator. This research resulted in as many as six Indonesian food rotations which had been tested by experts and obtained values above the interval which proved that the Indonesian food rotations that had been designed in this study could be used as teaching materials for basic food processing courses in the hospitality management study program. The conclusions obtained from the results of the seminar activities can be concluded in a number of ways, namely improving research writing techniques in accordance with applicable guidebooks, not reflecting research because the purpose is to teach, content and reports are more inclined to modules and not research, improving background parts that are not clear, lack of material in the abstract, and check writing so that there are not many mistakes in the use of words, do not answer questions from research and are not clear in delineating benefits for society.
