Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi berbasis Building Information Modelling (BIM) menjadi sebuah kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh berbagai pihak yang terlibat dalam proyek konstruksi saat ini. Salah satu dimensi dalam BIM yakni dimensi keempat menyajikan informasi seputar penjadwalan dalam proyek dan salah satu teknik mengevaluasi penjadwalan proyek ialah dengan menggunakan metode Time Performance Index (TPI). Pemanfaatan TPI dalam penjadwalan proyek konstruksi dapat mengevaluasi kinerja suatu aktivitas yang akan mengalami keterlambatan, lebih maju ataupun tepat waktu dari jadwal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menerapkan BIM dimensi keempat dan terlebih khusus meninjau penjadwalan proyek konstruksi menggunakan TPI dengan menggunakan Proyek Indonesia 1 yang terletak di daerah Jakarta Pusat sebagai studi kasus dengan batasan pemodelan dan data penjadwalan yang digunakan adalah level 01 sampai dengan level 18 untuk elemen struktur. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara eksperimental menggunakan software Autodesk Revit 2023 student version dan Bentley Synchro 4D Pro 2020 student version. Penggunaan BIM dimensi keempat pada penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil berupa simulasi konstruksi dari penjadwalan. Penerapan metode TPI pada tiga tanggal yang dipilih mendapatkan hasil yakni pada tanggal 31 Januari 2019 terdapat 11 aktivitas mengalami keterlambatan, dua aktivitas mengalami percepatan dan tiga aktivitas kritis. Pada tanggal 28 Februari 2019 terdapat 13 aktivitas mengalami keterlambatan dan delapan aktivitas kritis. Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2019 terdapat lima aktivitas mengalami keterlambatan dan berada pada jalur kritis. Hasil TPI dari setiap aktivitas tersebut divisualisasikan ke dalam bentuk model 4D untuk mempermudah penyajian informasi. Manfaat yang dihasilkan dengan penerapan TPI adalah sederhana untuk digunakan serta dapat menunjukkan aktivitas yang akan mengalami keterlambatan, lebih maju dan tepat waktu dari jadwal./The use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) based technology is a competency that must be owned by various parties that involved in construction projects at this time. One of the dimensions in BIM which is the fourth dimension presents information about scheduling in a project and one of the techniques for evaluating project scheduling is to use the Time Performance Index (TPI) method. The use of TPI in scheduling construction projects can evaluate the performance of an activity that will experience delays, ahead or on time schedule. This study aims to be able to apply the fourth dimension BIM and more specifically review the scheduling of construction projects using TPI with Project Indonesia 1 located in the Central Jakarta area as a case study with modelling limitations and scheduling data used are level 01 to level 18 for structural elements. Quantitative research methods were used in this study in an experimental way using Autodesk Revit 2023 student version software and Bentley Synchro 4D Pro 2020 student version. The use of the fourth dimension BIM obtained results in the form of construction simulations from scheduling. The application of the TPI method on the three selected dates obtained results that on 31 January 2019 there were 11 activities experienced delays, two activities experienced acceleration and three critical activities. On 28 February 2019, there were 13 activities experienced delays and eight critical activities. As of 31 March 2019, there were five activities that experienced delays and were on the critical path. The TPI results from each of these activities are visualized in the form of a 4D model to make it easier to present data information. The benefits of implementing TPI are that it is simple to use and can indicate activities that will experience delays, ahead or on time schedule.
