Abstract

Jajanan Pasar Khas Manado merupakan warisan budaya kuliner yang semakin berkembang dari waktu ke waktu, maka tidak heran jika jajanan tersebut kadang telah diolah sedemikian rupa dengan menggunakan bahan lain yang memainkan kreativitas warga agar rasanya lebih nikmat. Seiring dengan berkembangnya waktu jajanan pasar masih masih diminati oleh hampir semua kalangan masyarakat karena memiliki kelebihan yaitu rasanya yang unik dan enak serta harganya yang terjangkau, bahkan di beberapa kesempatan, jajanan pasar juga dijual di pameran, hotel, dan mall dengan booth khusus untuk memanjakan lidah konsumen. Sebelumnya, beberapa orang mungkin merasa kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai suatu masakan, maka dari itu rancangan buku resep ini diharapkan masyarakat umum dapat membuat jajanan pasar Manado lebih mudah./ Traditional Manadonese market snacks are a culinary cultural heritage that has been growing from time to time, so it's not surprising that these snacks are sometimes processed in such a way as to use other ingredients that play into the creativity of the residents so that they taste more delicious.
