Abstract

Makanan merupakan kebutuhan pokok yang sangat diperlukan oleh manusia setiap saat. Makanan juga memerlukan pengolahan yang baik dan benar agar bermanfaat bagi tubuh manusia. Roti merupakan makanan yang menduduki peringkat ketiga setelah mie dan nasi sebagai makanan pokok orang Indonesia, oleh karena itu, terjadi peningkatan minat beli roti di masyarakat terhadap produk roti. Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik 2022 menunjukkan pertumbuhan konsumsi roti baik untuk jenis roti tawar maupun roti manis, roti lainnya di Indonesia. Dapat dilihat bahwa dari tahun 2018 hingga ke tahun 2021 setidaknya terjadi peningkatan sejumlah 1.33% pada konsumsi roti untuk roti tawar. Sedangkan untuk roti manis, roti lainnya adalah terjadi peningkatan sejumlah 11.81%. Data ini juga menjelaskan bahwa masyarakat Indonesia lebih menggemari roti manis, roti lainnya. Salah satu toko roti dan kue artisan yang populer di Indonesia adalah Tous Les Jours. Tous Les Jours merupakan usaha toko roti dan kue yang berasal dari negara Korea Selatan yang dimiliki oleh CJ Foodville, dibawah naungan CJ Group. Tous Les Jours memiliki arti tiap hari dalam bahasa Prancis. Oleh karena itu identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah melihat suasana atau store atmosphere dan food quality dari Tous Les Jours Supermall Karawaci apakah berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian ulang pelanggannya. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala liker. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 176 responden dengan teknik non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif, pengujian kualitas data, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji-t dan uji-F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui SPSS menunjukkan bahwa nilai asymp. Sig (2-tailed) adalah 0.6 lebih besar (>) dari 0.05 dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4.786 > nilai t-tabel sebesar 1.635371. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel store atmosphere dan food quality memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel repurchase intention. / Food is a basic need that is always needed by humans. Food also requires good and correct processing to be beneficial to the human body. Bread is a food that ranks third after noodles and rice as a staple food for Indonesians. According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics for 2022, it shows growth in bread consumption for both white and sweet bread, other types of bread in Indonesia. From 2018 to 2021 there has been at least a 1.33% increase in the consumption of bread for white bread. As for sweet bread, other breads increased by 11.81%. This data also explains that Indonesian people prefer sweet bread, other types of bread. One of the most popular artisan bakeries and cakes in Indonesia is Tous Les Jours. Tous Les Jours is a bakery and cake shop business originating from South Korea which is owned by CJ Foodville, under the auspices of the CJ Group. Tous Les Jours means every day in French. Therefore, the identification of the problem in this study is to see the atmosphere or store atmosphere and food quality of Tous Les Jours Supermall Karawaci whether it influences the customer's repurchase decision. Collecting data through a questionnaire using a Liker scale. The number of samples taken was 176 respondents with non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis, data quality testing, and hypothesis testing by using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, T-test and F-test. Based on the research results obtained through SPSS, it shows that the asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is 0.6 greater (>) than 0.05 and the t-count value is 4.786 > the t-table value is 1.635371. It can be concluded that the store atmosphere and food quality variables have an influence on the repurchase intention variable.
